We met with Liz McCarthy and Shenna Moe in February 2026 to discuss selling our deceased step mother's home in Mill Valley. They were a fantastic help. The home needed many cosmetic upgrades and repairs. They had local contractor contacts that were fast, reasonably priced and did great work. They arranged for all of the required inspections. In addition, and most importantly, they reviewed every inspector recommendation, and told us "have to do", "nice to do" and "don't waste your money".
