Alex helped us navigate the most unsettled and challenging buyers' markets in decades. Alex was unflappable as increasing interest rates augmented our budget and purchase price ceiling, orienting us appropriately to the Marin market from the East Bay to take advantage of opportunities that met all of our needs and many of our wants. The Narodny team are complete con artists. Stay far away from them. They completely scammed us. They inserted themselves in the remodel part of our home sale. They offered unlicensed contractors who did bad work. They never showed an estimate, receipt nothing for the work the contractors did. The contractors did unneeded work and left the house wrecked with ruined vanity's, walls smashed pipes, flooding the house. They charged 100,000.0 for subpar, tacky work, unlicensed, bad work. They have a team that does staging and you have to pay per month even though houses sale in less then a week. They again do bad work, cheesy IKEA furniture. They take photos then go back to there office and use to photo shop to fake the photos. They are listing the house for under value, because of there horrible work. They got no permits, did no repairs, just covered everything up. When you try to get rid of them they harass you. They never stop. These two Karen and Alex are a joke who tip of the elderly in Marin County. They even give legal advise I think that is free don't quote me. The only reason they are selling the house is my brother and I inherited it and it was part of his share in the end. My brother In His wisdom stayed with them. They need to be investigated for unethical work. They are horrible people. I never write bad review, I get along with almost everyone. I'm am completely taken back at how bad these two are. read more
