As of January 27 of this year, I was abruptly canceled through the mail. Three weeks before this cancellation a person with a cell phone camera and a selfie stick took pictures of my house. According to the cancellation letter, my roof showed signs of deterioration which makes it more susceptible to leaking, wind and hail damage. I have had no problems in my house. They then informed me that I was canceled as of February 5, 2026. This was a very unfair cancellation and I would not recommend this insurance agency or State Farm insurance company! Beware if you do!

No use getting estimates because they use their own adjuster and low ball you. My truck has had damage to it for two months now and still waiting for them to cut a check so I can get it fixed.
