Her design instincts were spot-on, perfectly balancing style and practicality, which is crucial for a vacation rental. She really understood how to make the space beautiful and functional for guests. We kept most of the existing furniture, but updated everything around it--décor, layout, even knocking down a wall to open up the space. From little touches like textiles and lighting to bigger remodeling decisions, every detail was thoughtfully handled. Cilla coordinated everything from start to finish and kept me in the loop throughout. I never had to worry about a thing. All of the contractors she brought in were professional and did excellent work. I've worked with another remote designer in the past, and this experience was worlds better--smoother, more efficient, and just a higher level of execution all around.
