Extremely Disappointed With the Experience After 25 years in…read morethis industry, I have never experienced a situation like this. Our company spent thousands of dollars with Triton Stone Group, purchasing five slabs of marble, additional stone for the primary bathroom and laundry room, and Tile of Ezra mosaic tiles for the powder room. The materials were shipped to a warehouse near us, and the warehouse was given a digital signature to sign for the crates. The problem is that there was no detailed paperwork accompanying the shipment showing exactly what was supposed to be included in our order. This means you are essentially forced to trust that the warehouse receives and checks everything correctly. Unfortunately, that did not happen. I was shorted more than $7,000 worth of materials, and when I contacted Triton Stone to get the issue resolved, I was eventually told that it was my fault because someone had signed for the shipment. I want to make it clear that multiple people on our end at the receiving warehouse can vouch for what happened and can confirm the circumstances surrounding the shipment and what was actually received. This was not simply a case of someone failing to sign for or check a delivery. There were multiple people involved who can verify the situation. What has been even more frustrating is the lack of customer service. It took six months just to get someone to respond to me, and when I tried to clarify the situation and find a reasonable solution, I felt that my concerns were simply dismissed. After spending this much money with a company, I expected better communication, accountability, and customer service. A digital signature acknowledging receipt of crates should not automatically mean a customer has received and verified every item in a large, complicated order--especially when there is no accompanying paperwork clearly identifying what is inside each crate. I have been doing this for 25 years, and based on my experience, I would not recommend Triton Stone Group. Spending thousands of dollars with a company should come with confidence that your order will be properly documented, packed, delivered, and supported if something goes wrong. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

We had been working with a different company for almost a year, when they went out of business. Ken was introduced to us with glowing recommendations. We met with Ken and were immediately struck by his gentle manner and professionalism. Ken was willing to step in and recreate the plans that we had developed with the other company. Our choices for wood and finish were unusual and it was going to be a challenge. He was not dissuaded by the challenge. Ken was able to not only meet, but exceed our hopes for our cabinetry. He went out of his way to make sure that everything was perfect and was a pleasure to get to know. Ken even went so far as to give both my husband and I a video tour of how things were progressing when a question came up. Cabinets are not critical to life or happiness, but Ken and Wildwood came into our lives when we really needed them and we are grateful beyond words. We will look at our cabinetry for the next twenty+ years (hopefully) and smile and think of Ken.
