The caretakers were always very sweet and they do offer indoor/outdoor boarding (their run is indoor, but opens up for them to go outdoor. I always requested they they groomed him before I picked him up, too and they always did just that. Their grooming prices were not half bad either plus they always cleaned him up quite well. For those looking for a comfortable place for doggie boarding, rest assured that your pup will be well taken care of and it won't break the bank!

My complaint and frustration with this place is lack of service. You have to go find someone to help you, and then they act like it is inconvenient. They are slow as all get out in catching the fish and bagging them. It is crazy how slow they are. I am tempted to grab the net out of their hand and catch the fish myself. I get frustrated every time I shop here because of the lack of service and the slow speed of service. I do hope they get better.
