I was not 15 minutes early for the appointment because the trees block the sign for the building and it's really hard to see the building. It's on a one way street, so it's not as if you can easily turn around and go back, and I had to drive around the block to get in the driveway. The actual check-in took 2 min and then I had to wait another 10 minutes, so why the rush?

The care I received at Three Rivers Hospital was the same. I've had other surgeries from other doctors and dealt with other nurses but the team at Kalamazoo Foot and Ankle are amazing. They care about their patients. Last week I had my second surgery on my other foot with Dr Maskill. I had the same experience as I had in 2021, some of the people may have changed up a bit but the service is still the same. Even today when I spoke with the team in medical records, they don't rush you, they actually care about the patients they have and it shows.
