There was also a lot of background noise and I got confused about whether she was trying to talk with me. But, I guess it was just noisy there. After I asked some qualifying questions about the practice, I asked if they accepted my insurance, to which she replied 'no.' So, I said 'thank you anyway' and hung up with her. As this was my third attempt at contacting a potential new chiropractor, I decided to go visit my health insurance page to see who they had listed. This practice was on the list. So, I thought there may have been a mistake. I called back to the practice and Tabitha answered again. I shared with her (nicely!) what I'd found--that they were on the list on the insurance website--and she replied, "Yeah, for another week," with a strange attitude. She then followed up with a curt, "Do you want to pay cash?" Her attitude was just awful. I still wonder if she knew what she was talking about. But, honestly, if this person is the front-facing representative for the practice, seems like maybe I'm better off moving on to the next option. It's crazy to me that a business can operate this way and still end up with such a great rating. Very confusing.

He had to have the money up front and lied to me telling me he could help me. When a back specialist read my MRI he told me that nothing could be done other than back surgery to correct my problem. This doctor does not know how to read an MRI report and is in it for the money. When you are in so much pain he takes advantage of you and drains your pocket book and bank account. Dr. Awwad gets no stars from me. If you don't want to lose all your money stay clear of this office. Do not go to Dr Awwad and hear he can make you better when it will not happen. Talking to other people in the area they have been ripped off also.

Today I went to this place for the first time and I was blown away. The facility was really clean, and they had refreshments as well. There is an entire wall of shoe inserts and shoes that have our support which is excellent and very necessary. It was quick, clean and courteous so I liked it.
