Though for unknown reason the washing machine doesn't like taking shiny looney, was told by staff but they where helpful exchanging my loonie . These small quelled tire made a huge impact! I didn't use the dryer but the industrial washer machine was fast and cleaned as it should. Place was clean and orderly.

I'm trying to levitate on floors and not touch them because they are so filthy I want to puke. There's pools of water, clumps of hair, mud from pools of water because floors haven't been cleaned in weeks if not months. So disgusting! Whoever owns this business should be ashamed of themselves for the disrepair and filthiness of this business and then to add insult to injury, charge what you charge?????? Shame on you!! I don't have time to deal with driving miles to find a better one, which I'm sure there is in either Vernon or Kelowna but will do so in the future and never darken the dirty footsteps of this god awful laundry mat again! Washers are not big and cost $2.75 per load and dryers are 0.25 for 4 minutes.
