Not only did I get the run around from the lady on the other end of my call. It took 10 minutes to get her to try to reach out to the company to get some information as to why he/she was not here yet and why no one has bothered to call me to let me know they would be late. Only to find she received a recording stating they are closed for MLK day. She asked me to wait 60 to 90 minutes to see if they show up. REALLY? I've been waiting for a confirmed appointment. It's MLK day and my morning has been waisted. I could be out enjoying the celebrations on my day off. But No. I'm sitting here waiting another 60, 90 minutes. Looking through my receipts from the other repairs done from GE, only to find. NO phone number or address listed. Who does business this way? I decided to text the person that has been to my home 6 times now. 3 times for my refrigerator, 2 times or my dishwasher. Dishwasher had to be replaced twice. And once for my microwave. I thought I would get the same repair person as he was just here to fixed my microwave the first time. I asked him for the business name & address of the GE repair company here in Sacramento. (I wanted to write this review for the correct GE repair company.) He said there is no office here in Sacramento. Headquarters is out of Louisville Kentucky. It's bad enough that out of the 4 GE Cafe~ appliances I bought just 6 months ago. The stove is the only appliance not "YET" repaired and or replaced. I called back at 2:15pm to find that they took it upon them self's to reschedule my appointment for 1/19/23, 8 to 12pm. I'm frustrated and frankly flat out mad right now. I have a Dr's appointment on that day and the next appointment wont be until 1/26/23 8 to 12pm. I bought these appliances because of what I thought was a "quality" product and the ease of having a local repair company. I should have stayed with the LG brand. Best Deanna

It would be very nice if everyone was on the same page. And instead of coming all unglued on me he should have told the kid that, but maybe the kid was the bosses son so he had to vent on me. I've spent hundreds of dollars there and they treat me like a piece of cr@p. Over what? He heard what the kid said, he was 2 feet from him, FFS. These folks got some serious issues. I asked for help looking for things there and they can't seem to find anything. I always end up finding what I need, IF they have it. And when they do have what I need, it's ALWAYS twice what Amazon wants for the exact same item. This place is for emergencies and need now basis ONLY! Trust me, these people are either darn fools or just plain lazy. I'd rather drive the extra 10 minutes and go to Isham's Hardware instead. Take my advice, you'll be glad you did!
