What stands out most is how she treats each tenant with respect and makes sure their individual needs are taken care of. She even knows most of the residents by name, which makes such a difference in building a real sense of community. My mother lives in the park, and we've seen several managers come and go, but none have compared to Hayleigh. She brings out the best in the community, and you can really tell she takes pride in her work. We truly hope she stays for the long run because she has made Park West feel like home again.

The location of the area is easy and manageable but the space they have us in is probably the worse decision. For some reason kids are still playing past midnight so you can hear them while you're trying to get sleep. Random ass RVs are staying behind the gate so I would keep an eye out for that cause apparently brining bikes will also get stolen (from what I was told) so ain't that great! Then the smell it's the worse, SOME RVs in the spaces are not in the great conditions heck maybe worse despite the rules about RV age apparently , and the area that SOME people stay in I would say it's not the cleanest either, but when it comes to inspection they suddenly have the place on cleaning mode! Also new information if your gas services are not by what the managers provided through w them you'll get charged extra so ain't that a bitch! And finally, I also don't see much diversity here and as a person of color, I often feel out of place and uncomfortable because I noticed that people staring at me either driving by, taking trash out and more etc but that was my experience, and I wanted to mention it for anyone who may value a more diverse environment!

She lacks courtesy, a modicum of professionalism or even just human compassion. There is not a choice to give negative stats or I would do so.
