I went to class, came home at 11 am, they still were there. They had taken off all the paneling on the heating unit that is out in the garage, and they said they would be back in an hour or two to finish up stuff and to put the panels back on. They never showed up. Called back on Thursday to say "hey, this needs to be fixed"...they said they would have somebody over right away. Nobody showed up. It is now Friday of the same week at 2:35, the heater switches off and on, Pilot light blows out because ALL paneling is off. Don't know where they put the screws. I called in, nobody answered, left a message. I am a full time college student and I have a full time job. I don't have time to be getting the run around. I'm leaving town for a few days, and this needs to be fixed today and they can't answer a telephone!
