The property manager, Shannon, has been one of the rudest, most crass creatures I've ever had to deal with for the past 5+ years, when she became our manager. Neighbors complain that she won't return phone call, etc, and she has refused to return mine NUMEROUS time over the years. Her boss in Columbia has also not returned my calls when I've called to complain. I couldn't even get results when I called the main headquarters in NC. I've owned condos for over 30 years and this is the WORST management company I have ever, EVER dealt with. DO NOT hire them!!!
