They provide the best service possible. I do not see one way they could improve on it. They can respond to the problem very quickly, all three times either that day or the next day. The biggest red flag was being told that my 3‑year‑old system needed a full coil replacement. The part was under warranty, but Peadon still charged nearly $3,000 for labor. I later learned their maintenance techs earn a percentage of the repair bill, which explains why issues were constantly being identified. A system this new should not require major component replacements, and the constant upselling made me lose trust. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Peadon.
