She exhibited reactionary, intellectually-challenged behaviors with a lack of self-awareness to understand that potential patients are given next to nothing concerning the rules for new patients. Nothing in the so-called rules are stated that an automated cancellation has to be followed up with an actual phone call, probably because one has to assume that the system actually works. Since the system is overseen by individuals like his receptionist things do not work correctly. Not only did this person begin to berate me immediately when I inquired about a new appointment but she accused me of "yelling" at her just because I do not put up with that sort of thing, especially from subhumans like her. I am apparently not the only person who has experienced the rudeness of Dr. O'Neal's staff.

I didn't give 5 stars because she doesn't give refills on medication. Only a 90 day supply and then you have to be seen. I've been on the same medication for as long as I can remember (approx 10 years). I constantly run out of medicine, which is very dangerous. They won't refill medication when the pharmacy requests it and by the time the pharmacy notifies me of the denial and I contact the office I'm down to just a couple days worth of medication. Then I have to be seen (not just schedule an appt, but actually be seen) and get the Rx sent into the pharmacy and have it shipped to me.
