As someone else stated they first start with stim and heat, then massage and stretching, and finally adjustment. I do admit that at some points it is a little painful/uncomfortable, but there is purpose and afterwards this combination my body feels way better that just a simple adjustment. A visit takes about a full hour. 2. As others have also mentioned that this place does not need regular visits to be a patient 3. They are pretty flexible with same day appointments if they have a open availability - you do not need to make appointments weeks ahead 4. They are doing some construction, it is the tiniest bit messy, but they are doing it to make the practice better and there never are construction noises during a session 5. Dr. Tony does have a very cute, quiet, and friendly dog. She comes up to me and asks me to play. If you decide you don't want to play she doesn't beg and just walks away. This is a huge plus for me being a dog lover. I feel they must clean up after her pretty often because it never smells like dog nor there is fur everywhere. 6. Dr. Tony is very easy to talk to.
