When I was finally able to get him on the phone to ask him about the manner in which he prepared the return, he was very condescending and insulting to me. And he had the gall to blame his support staff, "the girls", for not printing out my emails to him. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for your tax matters.

Customer service is only good for bombarding you with calls and e-mails if your payment is late . I was being charged the wrong amount , called numerous times to address this . No help . Got the karate school to fix it. Yet on their interface /website it wasn't updated . I was charged $30 late fees even though they corrected the issue . Run away if any gym or karate studio uses them . There's a reason why the better business bureau has loads of complaints . As well as a bunch ( all ) one star reviews on yelp .
