Worst customer service. Let me explain. Pulled in to the parking lot on a beautiful Saturday…read moreafternoon and what luck there is no one there! I'm thinking - Great! I'll have these guys all to myself to walk me through their products and ask all the questions I could possibly imagine without interruption! WRONG! Walked in the door to two young men sitting at the counter. The long 'green mile' from the door to the counter wasn't filled with - 'Good morning! or Welcome! How can we help you today? Oh no...it was filled with the ongoing personal conversation these young men were having with each other even after they turned to look at us walking into the store...looking around lost....walking toward the counter. So finally...we've made it to the counter...great now they'll greet us and ask how they can help us and point us in the right direction. Oh no...sorry, I'll have to wait until one young man looks at the screen/phone in front of him, the other does the same...they finish their conversation....sigh... And then...one just looks at me. Well I've realized now what I'm in for so its alright, I got you....I say...'Wallpaper' Both just point to a corner with books. No one comes from behind the counter to say, I don't know...'let me show you' or 'what exactly are you looking to wallpaper' or 'are you looking for a particular product'? NONE OF THAT NOW. Okay...well I'm out on a long holiday weekend and I"m determined to find the right product and the right process - meaning do I need to have my own contractor? Do they work with certain people? How does this work? Well, some success here - a tiny discussion with each other and they hand me a contractor's card - someone they've worked with before and he works well with wallpaper. Okay...progress! So...how does the process work? 'Well, he'll measure for you, you'll need to contact him, then we'll order whatever and it'll take a few weeks and he'll take care of it' Cool...cool, that's reasonable. Okay...another question...'so I'm looking for wallpaper for my bathroom, do you have vinyl samples?' Ha! 'No...just paper...we don't have vinyl...! *Said with a 'psshhh, lady what are you talking about' tone* Well....at least I know what I'm doing! I never spoke with them again - took the card, found the paper, took the information and found another store in town I'll be working with going forward once I find my paper. Now....don't let me stop there....another woman walks in...one young man at the counter doesn't greet her...no 'welcome how can I help' type deal. She figures she's on her own, starts shopping around and finally walks up to the counter. Young man doesn't look up (don't forget I'm already on my own looking at wallpaper books and she's the only other customer), doesn't greet her, just stares at his 'screen'. Finally, the woman says, 'let me know when you're ready to help me' and walks away. Maybe he got the hint? He gets up after a minute, walks over to her, doesn't say anything and she thankfully knows what she's looking for and starts asking for various products. He answers her questions, gets what she's looking for, and she finally leaves. I won't bore you with another lengthy description here but this is repeated for the other woman that walks in the store. When a contractor came in, the other young man jumped up and walked straight to him, asked him what he needed and started immediately working on his order. Interesting contrast in service here I think... I will NEVER be in that store again if I have to drive around the entire town first. If you don't appreciate the customers you're their to serve and the money in your bank from their patronage - LEAVE!

The store will have their grand opening on 11/08/2023 where all contractors and clients are invited. They provide a wide variety of paint products and paint equipments. The store is one of the biggest in El Paso where a paint consultant is also always willing to help on color choices and options. In addition, this store is always willing to help contractors to find rapid solutions when some color are missing. They also provide great value for large orders.
