Hardly touched the bugs on the windshield! Came back around for another pass through. The man there said he would run her through again but I should have used the bug prep. I looked at him and asked where is it? He noted it was by the vacuums. I told him it didn't make sense to put it over there as you have to go out of your way to use it. He just looked at me and said that's where it was and ran our Jetta through again. Still bug splatter on my windshield!
