At 12:58 pm we received a text from Progressive that DLS Services had been dispatched with an ETA 55-85 minutes. An hour later, at 2:01 pm we received another text from Progressive informing us that the driver was on route. At 2:11 pm Damian sent us a text, saying that he was 35 minutes away, and sorry for being late. At 2:40 pm Damian the driver called saying that he was at the site where he was supposed to replace our damaged tire. I told him the service was requested two hours earlier; his response was "I am here now". I told him; it was too late, and he simply hang up the phone. My teenage son ended up replacing the tire, by the time Damian arrived to the site we already had lunch at home. Needless to say, I am changing insurance providers. And I definitely DO NOT recommend DLS/Damian services.

He was able to…read morequickly and easily coordinate a Pre-Purchase Inspection (PPI) for a 2011 Bentley GTC at a local dealer. Ross was the only person in an almost 50 mile radius who could actually read all diagnostic and fault codes for this Bentley (other inspection services could only read generic codes common to all vehicles) so I knew he would be able to inspect every system in the vehicle. Sure enough, he found that the Bentley was throwing codes and that the engine was misfiring. In addition, he did an extremely thorough review of the cars exterior, interior (revelalng more issues that the dealer did not disclose in their online pics) and a great job checking out the under carriage.
