I callled about a vehicle posted for sale on their website and, after deciding against said vehicle, I was informed of another vehicle that the dealership recently acquired. I advised that I was interested in that vehicle, requested a price and was told $9900. After being provided with photos and the vin to perform a car fax check, I was advised that the vehicle was actually $11,900. I was then advised that the actual, final price of the vehicle was $12,900... This dealership is now Friendship Chevrolet Buick GMC. I have almost 20 years experience working in dealerships and my experience there was as if the employees in sales had a few months in the business. I had a salesperson who has to be new and the sales management team doesn't appear to have any training or standards in place for the sales staff. I purchased a pre-owned truck with only 7k miles and was given only one key. I asked my salesperson for the 2nd key and he said they didn't get it with the truck. The sales person didn't even go outside with me to show anything about the truck, dealership or anything that is required by GM for maintenance. When my salesperson contacted me, only because his CRM(sales software) said to, I asked about the key again. He said he will get back with me, here it is a few weeks later and nothing. I know I paid ALL the money for the truck the least they can do is provide me with the 2nd key. Now I understand supply and demand but they cannot confuse that for talent, which they have none. I also signed my loan agreements in the showroom and not in a private office. I asked for 72 months as my maximum term. The sales manager submitted my loan for 84 months thinking it is all about payment. The funny thing is I told him payment was not a concern prior to him submitting anything. I got upset when it took even longer for him to get the 72 months I initially asked for. When I challenged the rate given I was told that things have changed since I left the business. Well, I haven't left the business I now support car dealerships across the country and have a firm grasp of what is going on. I was able to secure a rate in the 3's from 5.79%. I expected sub par service when I went there and got it. What bothers me is the salesperson keeps brushing off my requests for the key and never gets back to me. So this is the only thing I can do is give others fair warning about this dealer's novice sales team I dealt with. read more

Their VIP package is a joke. Their customer for life motto is an even bigger joke. Terrible place to do business with. Their collision team cost me over $20k in tax write offs because they kept my car a month and a half longer than they should have. I'm sure I'm the only one with terrible experiences with them but for me, they're consistent! read more

The changes in service department are not good. There not trained very well. William one of the service managers will add charges for extra work on oil changes like $ 10.50 to change air filter, REALLY it's included every other place in town you get an oil change. William says they don't work for free rudely in front of other employees and walked out , very embarrassing. I don't have any problem paying for a service, I've had several vehicles worked on , bought vehicles there . I was charged double for a simple job, just wrong. read more

Unsatisfied service from service department. Called in advance to see if a used part could be programmed and was told yes. 112.00 plus tax. Took the vehicle to shop left it for several hours, they called me told me the ECM couldn't be programmed. Told me sometimes they work sometimes they don't charged customer 129.74. Then offered to sell a new one for 290 plus tax and they were willing to cut the programming in half if I bought a new one. Could have told the customer before hand that they sometimes worked and sometime dont 100.00. for used part and 129.00 not able to program plus tow time. could have bought a new one in the first place. Looks like no program because of used part in order to charge 129.00 and then get customer to purchase new part from dealer and charge programming cost again... read more

After wasting a lot of money at another repair shop in town, they referred me to McCurry Deck to find out what was wrong with my car. The staff at McCurry Deck explained what was wrong with my car, and what they would be doing. Finally, my car runs perfectly and the engine light is OFF! I went back yesterday to have my driver window fixed, and received the same great service. Ashley at the service desk is AWESOME, as was everyone I came into contact with. Thank you all! read more

Made an appointment the day before just to get my oil changed. I showed up on time and sat in the waiting room for over an hour. I get the oil change for free since I bought the car there, but next time I think I'll go to the nearest speedy lube and pay than wait over an hour. Worse than a doctors office. read more

I purchased a 2015 Nissan Rogue from this dealership on May 21, 2019. Originally, my husband and I tried to drive to the dealership to purchase the vehicle the weekend prior but we were unable to make it due to an emergency with my son. So I called them the next Monday and explained to them situation that happen and the sales rep Chris advises that they could deliver the car for free since I already had my financing ready to go. I asked Chris right then and there if there was anything wrong with this car. He stated " No this car is beautiful, your going to love this car." We proceeded with the deal and scheduled the delivery for next day. When the car arrived I looked the car over good and found that the back of the back seat was hanging off. I told the man ASAP. He climbed in the car and said it's just a snap see. As the seat appeared to be fixed. I signed the paperwork and the men left. My husband and I sat in the car and turned it on and begin just enjoying our new purchase. This was so big for us because we have a 19 month old son and we couldn't fit in my current car. ( my husband is 6'5) so we noticed there were marks on the leather (just dirty or something because it wiped off), crumbs in the cup holders and the cellphone holder, and mark on the top head liner. I told my husband " Wow I thought with the money we spent they would at least detail the car." I text Chris the next day and advised him and even sent pictures and got pretty much a I'm sorry and that's it. The customer service was just not there! So going forward about a week I notice my back of the seat was coming off again. I looked at the snap he showed me originally to fix it and it was snapped but the other side was still hanging. So I looked for a snap and no snap. Text Chris he stated " it's just snap on the back of the seat, he called the local Nissan and they won't charge me to have it fixed." I text back ok great! Then I noticed my Bluetooth hands free phone system wasn't automatically connecting. So every time you turn off the car the Bluetooth turned off and forgets your info. So you basically have to do a Complete set up of the Bluetooth system every time you get in your car. I checked my manual and it said it was suppose to connect Automatically. I also can't get any of my phone contacts on the Bluetooth system either. So I called my closest Nissan dealership and they advise me that it will be $125 diagnostic fee but they could reset the radio and fix the seat for that price. so I called the dealership and spoke with Tom he advised that he would speak with the owner and get back with me. Well this morning I Received a text from Chris stating the dealership is not going to fix either one of them. This completely blows my mind being that I just purchased this vehicle three weeks ago from this dealership and was told that I have a three month warranty on this car. I have been told lies on lies. I will be filing a report against this dealership with consumer affairs and the BBB! I hope your experience is better than mine. Better have a mechanic fully check your car out before you sign that check because once they get the money they are through with you as a customer! read more

This dealership allowed someone to trade in my vehicle on a brand new Camaro without my knowledge or approval and then tried to tell me I couldn't have my car back until the other party returned their car!! When I went back to pick up my vehicle they had the Camaro back on the showroom floor as if it had never been driven. The integrity is definitely lacking! read more
