Don't buy a Corvette from this establishment. I called, talked to a sales associate, made arrangements, then took the two-hour drive. I got there, and they were doing well until I made up my mind which one I wanted and asked to take a test drive. They began the drama. First, they don't allow test drives on Corvettes, so I told them I wasn't paying much for a car I couldn't fully drive, even with full insurance. They went to talk to "Steve" (the used-car manager), and I was leaving as I came out of the bathroom, headed for the exit. The salesman (who had done a great job in this situation as he could) came to me and said Steve said I could drive it, but first I had to be approved for the loan. I told him I was buying the car outright and didn't need the loan; I had cash but wasn't interested. As I was getting in my truck, Jeff (sales manager) came to the parking lot and said we could drive the car. Roller coaster of rules. Funny how the whole thing changed when I no longer needed their loan. By then, I was over it, and my wife said she had never felt so disrespected in her life. I called a friend of mine, and he said they had done the same thing to his buddy. His buddy fell for it, and the car immediately clunked. Three days later, the torque tube had to be replaced. The car I picked out I wanted badly and was going to buy it, but I am pleased I walked away. I had driven 4 others the same day, with not a second's hesitation from the dealership. The administrative staff were friendly, otherwise this would be 1 star. We have had two bad experiences in the last month with this dealership. We had to take in our Chevy Bolt EUV, and upon arrival it's as if Shawn (service) wouldn't even speak to me without talking to my husband, too. Continued to call me "little lady" etc etc- demeaning and very condescending. After dropping the car, we were not contacted at all re: any of the progress, estimated date of completion, what was actually wrong etc. I finally called to check and they still didn't tell me what they were doing to it, just that it'd be ready "Friday". We picked it up and I had to ask what they did- got a curt "well, looks like a replaced battery" and we were on our way. Fast forward to this week and I was asked by the tax auditor to reach out to Chevy directly for an appraisal-- I left a message w/ customer service and never heard back causing us to miss the depreciation deadline. I decided on a loaded Crew Cab 4X4--A great improvement over the over the original V-6 with a Standard Cab. I mentioned I had to sell my Honda Odyssey and I'd be back. He concurred and gave no push back. The next morning I listed the Odyssey on the Facebook Market Place, and sold it in three hours. After the sale, Matthew listened again to our needs, wants and desires (my bride came on the second trip), looked up inventory online and brought the truck around that met every desire. After a quick test drive we were thrilled with the truck and began the negotiations. GM having 20% off was a great place to start. After three offers back and forth they hit my sweet spot--and we pulled the trigger. I was amazed by their integrity, there were no hidden charges, undue pressure, clever talk or anything else that raised a red flag. Ultimately, these are decent folks that gave us an upfront deal with no tricks. I was impressed by them, and will use them again. Kevin Whitaker's Chevrolet should be on your radar. Called them up for a quote on an oil change for my 2019 Grand Sport. Trent was extremely helpful with scheduling my appointment. I was able to drop the car off over night for the appointment the next day. They covered my seat and steering wheel in protective plastic before getting in to move it. They called me an Uber to get me back to my place after I dropped the car off and called me the next day when it was ready. Trent also scheduled me an Uber to get me back to the dealership after I got done with work. The pricing was reasonable. The only room for improvement would be they forgot to reset the service oil message on my dash and also left a tiny bit of grease on the driver door handle. I can't fault them for those things, as it's just a part of the process. I checked over their work and made sure the oil was up to the correct level on the dip stick. Everything checked out. Strongly advise and warn others who deal with this dealership. We contacted them on Thursday evening regarding a vehicle listed. They advised that it had been sent to auction to sell the next day but that they would pull it off auction. The next morning they contacted us, confirmed the vehicle had been pulled off the auction. We began negotiating and received two written offers (one without trade-in and one with trade-in value for our vehicle) after spending four hours negotiating. As we were signing the offer we were advised that the vehicle had sold at the auction. How is it possible to advise customers and your employees that a vehicle has been pulled from the auction, allow four hours of everyone's time to be spent, to essentially close a deal with a customer, to only then sell that same vehicle at auction? It's because they LIED! The manager actually said to us "oh well!" Disappointed in this business and their business practices as well as treatment of employees who were working hard on a sale. Whatever you do, NEVER use this dealer for service... Called to make an appointment for service as my check engine light had come on, and it took 2 days for them to get back to me. Was finally able to make an appointment for 3 days later at 10AM, as this was their earliest appointment. Bring the vehicle in, they offer to shuttle me back home (probably the only decent part of this experience), and wait for their call. 6 1/2 hours later, still hadn't heard anything back, so I call to check on it. I get transferred to my service advisor's voicemail, and leave a message. I figure he's probably busy with a customer, he'll get back to me soon. WRONG. Another 45 minutes go by, and now it's getting close to when they close. Try calling again, this time I speak to another lady in the service department. She cannot find information on whether my vehicle is done or not, and my service advisor is with a customer, so she takes down my number and says he will call me back in a little bit. WRONG AGAIN. Another half an hour goes by, now it's 15 minutes until closing, and if my car is ready, I still need to get shuttled back to pick it up. Call a 3rd time, and after explaining my dilemma, get put on hold for another 5 minutes. FINALLY, my service advisor comes back on the phone just to tell me that they had been too busy to even look at my car in the 8 hours it had been there. No sincere apologies, no offer of a rental vehicle to get me around until they could complete the work, and most importantly, an absolutely horrendous lack of communication throughout the process. What is the purpose of making appointments if they cannot seem to even begin to diagnose an issue 8 hours after it has been there?!? I can guarantee you this, the next time I need service on my vehicle, I will MOST DEFINITELY be bringing it to a different and more reliable Chevy dealer. read more

These guys were great I brought my 2007 Saturn Vue hybrid in for service due to smelling of gas at the rear of the vehicle and it being very sluggish I'd hoped it would only be about $1,000 to fix can handle that considering the vehicle only had 79,000 miles on it, I get a call from the service advisor telling me it was going to be $7,000 for repairs. Ouch of course I wasn't going to spend that kind of money to repair the vehicle when I went to pick my car up I was told there was no charge because of the sticker shock of the repairs. ***BUYER BEWARE*** A 6 month nightmare. Started with running both mine and my wife's credit 13 time each. I bought a certified pre-owned Cadillac XTS (car no. 1)to have the transmission fall apart, steering, brake and emissions issues only 7 days after having the car. It was covered under warranty and went into service. I was given the car back "good as new" is what the dealership said after having it for weeks. I was given the car back in worse condition than it was in when it went in. I took the car back the next day and again it was in service for a couple more weeks. It never ran properly. Cadillac claimed that they had multiple employees drive my car and that there was nothing else wrong with it. I spoke to the pre-owned manager Mark and he was very disrespectful and unprofessional. I had to escalate the issue and call corporate and inform them of the situation. It took another 2 weeks for a call back. I was finally able to speak to Larry the GM. Larry offered to first take my car in for trade in value "doing me a favor" by buying the car back and putting me into another junker (car no. 2). After weeks of dealing with this issue, Cadillac finally gave me almost dollar for dollar on what was put into the first car. I was put into a CTS 2.0T (car no. 2)that I was not satisfied with from day 1. Ran both my credit and my wife's credit again and dealt with a higher car payment. I signed the paperwork and drove the car home to have the check engine light turn on 12 hours after purchasing the car and also the cars "pre-owned certified warranty". Car no. 2 was in the shop for nearly the same issues. Steering, suspension, brakes, sunroof, acceleration issues and more transmission issues and excessive use of fuel. I was told that they both (Larry and Pete) knew the owner personally and that the CTS was a great car. With the first car, I was told that the car is inspected for the original purchaser of the certified warranty and that's why my XTS was not fully inspected. Now that I have the second car and I purchased the warranty, there should be no excuse for the inspection and a check engine light 12 hours into a purchase. I have had the run around for multiple weeks on the second car as well. Once again, the car isn't running right after getting it back from service. Pete promised me a full refund to come shy $2346 on what I've spent on their issues. I have purchased 12 Cadillac's in 12 years at 9 dealerships all over the US and have never been treated like this or have had to deal with these kind of issues. I bought a pre-owned Ford here about 3 months ago. I worked with Scott during the buying process and he was great. Very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, etc. The whole experience was a pleasure. However, fast forward 3 months to today and you get a very different picture. My brakes recently started squeaking so I made a service appointment and brought it in yesterday morning at 9:15. I asked them to fix the brakes and IF they get a chance, a broken actuator on one of the doors. The older lady at the desk verifies the scope of work, takes my keys, and directs me to the waiting area. Eventually, noon rolls around and another service rep (male, glasses) calls me to say that they've identified the problem and need to go across the street (literally 100') to the Ford dealership for parts. This is the first employee contact I've had since drop-off. 3 hours to figure out my truck needs the rotors resurfaced and new pads? Um...sure... I wait and wait and as 3 o'clock comes and goes, I realize I can't spend anymore time waiting. At this point, I've basically missed a whole day of work. I NEED my truck back because I'm at risk of losing my job. I couldn't have foreseen a major delay like this for such a simple repair. When I asked the male rep to walk back and check on the progress, he returns and tells me my truck is currently disassembled/being worked on (3:30 pm) but that they can offer me a rental car and maybe help me out a little on the price. WHAT?! I lost more in wages sitting in their waiting room all day than the repair even cost me! Also, I should probably mention that not one single person working the front sales/waiting area asked why I'd been wandering around the building for hours or if they could help in any way. There is no scenario in which 12+ employees don't notice a man aimlessly wandering around their desks for over 7 hours. I also wasn't the only customer there that was on the receiving end of an egregiously long wait time. Anyways, to recap, I brought my truck in yesterday morning to have the front brake pads replaced and rotors resurfaced (generally 1-2 hour job). It took 6+ HOURS before the service rep reluctantly offered me a rental car, which I had to decline because all of my work tools and mounted equipment were in my truck. I finally received my keys back after 7+ hours (~4:20 pm) yet the rep walking me out said, "there's nothing I can really say or do, sorry," before leaving me with the cashier and walking back to his desk. I could go on but I think these incompetent folks have squandered enough of my time. All in all, this is the saddest automotive service department I've ever had the misfortune of using. It's spacious seats 5 comfortably, it's rear seat folds down (I've been seen putting me road bike with all wheels on in truck because of rear seat folding down)...(or if your a skier or snowboarder the seat has a pocket to poke those through the rear armrest)..anyway I just put some new tires on the car and need to get Road Surface balance because of the hyper sensitive shocks and suspension. A lesson learned Road Surface Balancing is a step above all other balancing and if you get new tires, make sure where you buy the tires from has the ability to do that. Many discount tire stores do not have the technology/tool to complete the road surface balancing...Remember to ask them for the free car wash with their certified service. You will love the free water and get some popcorn while you wait...if you have kids, there is a maze with ball pit for kids to play in... read more

I brought my car to several mechanics to find out why my engine light was on. Each could not find the problem, so as a last resort I brought it to the kevin Whitaker. I received the worst news and a quote to go along with it. They fixed the situation, but when i pick my vehicle up my bill was $400 dollars more than the quote. When i discussed with the service manager, he said he would see what he could do. When he came back he corrected the bill and brought it back to the original quote plus tax of course. He then asked for a good referral since he got my bill back to the original quote, which is what it should have been. If I did not say something, I would have had to pay the gauged priced. He gauged me, got caught, then wanted a good referral.....Dang! Did not get the 0% APR that I was said to be approved for at first. When I got the truck my OnStar was not transferred properly and lost all the minutes that was on my account and had one year of onStar service that I loss. The dash Had a gap in it, mark on front passenger seat, Vent was missing the plastic cover, scratches on driver side door handle.
