Before anyone explains, I know it is the holiday season and students will soon be on winter break, grandma is coming and everyone needs to look good. There were exactly four open appointments in 2 1/2 week period. There was no offer of being put on a cancellation list, no "call back and check again," no offer to schedule at a later time. Just silence. This customer "service" does not detract from having had a good haircut, but reflects poorly on management.
