The moment he got paid however, he quit answering my calls, and took a week to respond to my emails. He failed to provide any of the evidence the prosecution supposedly had and when asked for it the third time (a month after he supposedly requested it initially) He stated he didn't have it and would have to ask the prosecutor for it. He never put forth any effort to gather evidence for my case despite being given all of the website links to gather the information i provided to him in the end. I had to tell him to stop stalling and provide the information to the prosecutor just to get a plea agreement simply because he wasn't interested in putting forth any actual work and never once did i get to see this supposed evidence the prosecution had. He even went so far as to "read" the documents provided for the plea deal and then tell me incorrect information about the deal that he just "read". I read it and asked him about it and he stuck to his words which the paperwork clearly contradicted. The level of indifference and greed this person showed was beyond reprehensible! Most calls, texts, and emails were ignored. The rest were given vague reassurances of progress. It took 3 months and a request for a refund to get the temporary transfer. He showed up 2.5 hours late to the one court date I was informed of and asked the judge for an extension he didn't discuss with me ahead of time. It has been 5 months since he was paid and I have no resolution and he is no longer talking to me. Absolutely unprofessional.

While I thought he followed up on my request to change the address on title and to arrange with the tenant to pay the property taxes as it stated in our lease, neither were done, the property taxes were never paid, the deed address was a temporary address I was never informed of the unpaid taxes. Absolutely no due diligence from my lawyer to prepare me or herself. She knew nothing about me or my case and I was only ever allowed to speak to my lawyer for 5 mins before I went in the hearing. Absolutely zero help from them. Of course I was denied. Even with plenty of documentation that I am disabled. Then they sent me a letter saying they will close my case if they do not hear back to me by June 1st. The letter was post dated and not even mailed until June 11. Scammers DO NOT HIRE and make the same mistake I did you will have Worthless representation and end up wasting years!!!!
