Mr. Cook and his assistant are not committed to communication or timely completion of contracted…read moreservices. I paid upfront for a transfer of guardianship case. He assured me that it would be straightforward and that I would get a temporary transfer in a couple of weeks to hold over until the final could be completed. Most calls, texts, and emails were ignored. The rest were given vague reassurances of progress. It took 3 months and a request for a refund to get the temporary transfer. He showed up 2.5 hours late to the one court date I was informed of and asked the judge for an extension he didn't discuss with me ahead of time. It has been 5 months since he was paid and I have no resolution and he is no longer talking to me. Absolutely unprofessional.
