Andrew Jurchenko absolutely killed my experience with this dealership! I brought my vehicle here for a safety recall for my airbag. I was called on Fri 15 away for them to get my VIN and order the necessary parts. Great! I brought my car in on 25 May. I was told by Andrew that I would have an update on Tuesday. Great! Tuesday came and no call. I called MULTIPLE times on Thursday. Andrew kept answering the phone and asking me to hold. The first time I held for over 12 minutes. I hung up and called back and Andrew asked me to hold where I did for over 25 minutes. The third time he asked me to hold and I say "No. I've been holding for almost 40 minutes and I just want an update on my vehicle." Andrew paused and said "OK. Please hold." So, I waited about 30 minutes and called back. Andrew knew it was me because they have caller ID and he called my name. I asked if there was someone else I could talk to. He told me "No. I'm the only one here and I have someone in front of me but I will call you back." He did not call me back. I waited a few hours and I called back. I got no answer on the phone and I was not leaving a voicemail. When I did talk to Andrew it was the next day and it wasn't because he called me back. So now it's Friday and I was told on Monday by Andrew that I would have my vehicle back. After multiple times of calling on Friday with no answer, Andrew at first told me there there was no update. Then he told me "Oh!, I just got an update. We did a diagnosis on your car yesterday (Thursday) and we're still working on it." Supposedly there was a previous accident that my car was in and the airbag might have deployed. Do I believe them about the accident? Nope! Not at this point! You finally looked at my car on Thursday when it's been there since Monday?! And this is the update?! Andrew is now telling me that his technician is about to go out of town and there are other cars ahead of mine that he has to do before leaving. Are you serious?! I told him how ridi this has been and that if my vehicle isn't finished today that i will pick it up and have ano dealership to do the work. Andrew proceeds to tell me that he'll call me back. And he DIDN'T! Andrew called me on Saturday 30 May that my car is ready. Do I believe that they did the work? About as much as an elephant is light on its feet! And it's an airbag so I can't verify the work unless I get into a fairly serious accident! When I went to pick up my vehicle that afternoon, Andrew is actively getting cussed out by another customer with a similar issue as mine with Andrew and this dealership! The husband is cussing Andrew out and had to walk off from Andrew. The wife stays at the desk and is waiting on the vehicle. She tells me that their vehicle had been there since Tuesday and they too couldn't get anyone to answer the phone when they called and that they were supposed to have their vehicle back on Friday the 29th. They'd taken an Uber to pick up their vehicle. And the issues that McDaniels was supposed to fix in that time were not done! Apparently all they were able to do was the transfer car on their vehicle. Once Andrew finally had their vehicle brought around and the husband saw the paperwork he started cussing some more but they left. So, Andrew finally says to me "I almost have yours ready". You called me and said my vehicle is ready and I get there over an hour after you called me?! Further ridiculousness from Andrew and McDaniels! So Andrew is typing and tells me where to sign/date the paperwork. THAT'S IT! There was no greeting, no acknowledgement that I was even standing in front of him or any attempt of an apology! They didn't even do the complimentary wash that they said they did on my paperwork! And they had the nerve and utter gall to ask me if I'd like for them to do other services! $119.87 to do a cabin air filter?! I did that two weeks ago myself for less than $30! They wanted $170 just to do the diagnosis for my airbag light bein on! Just to diag it and to turn the light off?! I didn't even ask! The other services are numerous and even more obnoxious! The billable time for the airbag replacement was only. 6hrs. So about 40 minutes?! Buyer Beware: My Experience with This Dealership Vehicle sold "As-Is" -- but what was known was never disclosed. That's the issue. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership less than 7-10 days ago. As an active service member, I ask direct questions and expect honest answers. Before finalizing the deal, I asked plainly: "Is there anything about this vehicle I need to know?" The response from MUN was confident: "No! I took in this trade and the vehicle is good. If it was less than conditional, we would've sent it to auction." That statement couldn't have been further from the truth. From the car was getting detailed, which it did not, They were removing the As-is sticker that stated there was an extended warranty. To my impression doing something to vehicle to which I could not find. What I Discovered After the Purchase: * Tires: Bald on the inside -- unsafe and unfit for inspection. Discount Tire confirmed they were bad. The photo taken was the best of five, masking the real condition. * Driver Door Sensor: Didn't work. I couldn't tell because the vehicle was already running and unlocked when I arrived. MUN never mentioned it. * Severe Rust: Underbody rust was extensive -- something most buyers wouldn't spot. Discount Tire pointed it out. Again, no mention from MUN. * Suspension Fault: This was the most dangerous omission. The fault code had been cleared before the sale. It reappeared on my drive home -- a risk to my life and others. After scanning the vehicle, over 20 fault codes were present. Yet I was told it passed a "182-point inspection." That's not just misleading -- it's reckless. Dealership Response: Passive and Dismissive Seeking resolution. Management was unavailable -- reportedly out playing golf. Caleb, the ASGM, referred everything to Otis the SGM. Mun- Tire were 6/32 which is well above the state minimum of 2/32. Also if the tire shop who installed the tires did not put the air suspension in service or jack mode, that could explain the light" No accountability. why would I trash four tires and this is not the first Range Rover discount has change before. No follow-up calls. No thank-you email. No request for a review. That silence speaks volumes. Advice to Future Buyers: * Always request a full scan report before purchasing any used vehicle. * Do not proceed if the dealership cannot or will not provide one. * Inspect beyond the surface -- especially tires, sensors, and underbody rust. * Be wary of vague reassurances and limited photos. Final Thoughts: This dealership did not operate with transparency. They sold a vehicle with known faults, failed to disclose critical safety issues, and have shown little urgency in resolving the matter. If nothing is wrong, then nothing is wrong -- but when something is wrong, the truth matters. I hope this review helps others avoid the same costly mistake. I've been an Acura customer for years, but my experience at McDaniels Acura of Newnan has made me seriously reconsider my loyalty. I brought in my 2018 Acura TLX for a routine oil change with no issues at all--no warning lights, no performance concerns. After the service, multiple safety system lights appeared, including lane assist and collision mitigation. I brought the car back immediately and was told it was a battery issue. That turned out to be false. Then they said it was a failed radar camera, but couldn't explain how it happened while the car was in their care. Over the next few days, I received conflicting updates, was told diagnostics had begun (when the car wasn't even there), was promised timelines that weren't kept, and was left without a loaner or reliable answers. One employee even acknowledged the issue didn't exist before service. Eventually, I was told I needed to pay $1,100 to get my car back, even though I clearly disputed the cause and diagnosis. I paid under protest, with written notice stating I did not agree with the charge or accept responsibility. But what no one warns you about is that once you pay--even just to get your car back--you're basically stuck. This whole situation was frustrating, expensive, and disappointing. Acura has an amazing team from Mun in Sales, Rob in Finance, Stephanie in Service and Jim with Universal Car Studios who handles paint issues for Acura... I purchased my Acura about a month ago. And had to go back yesterday for a problem that was no fault of theirs. Sales and Finance was an easy and wonderful experience from the beginning to now! They feel like family! I had a situation where my car cover left stains all around my vehicle. This was NOT a paint defect or issue just to be clear. But I did go back to ask if there was anything they can do to help me. Let me tell you.... Every person stepped up and took advantage of a learning experience that none of have experienced before (myself included) and stepped in to see what could be done. This had to be the most disrespectful car purchase I have ever been involved in. I have been working in the sales field for over 8 years and never have I seen this type of behavior from management at a reputable dealership. What I experienced today would be what I expected from a buy here pay here set-up. This dealership has been emailing me for months on vehicle I clicked on at their location and for months I have been up front with them on when I would be ready to move forward. Finally I reached that point drove the car and they showed me the out the door price they could do and I acknowledged the price by signing the price printout , not a contract. My intent was to purchase this week , which I did get financing locked for the vehicle but like any other prudent person who values their money, this is a $900 a month note, I told my salesman I think we had more room for negotiating the price. If the young salesman who hasn't been in sales long spoke with me with the tone the managers spoke to me with I would have just ignored it because of his youth but for a so called seasoned sales team not to recognize negotiations tactics from a serious buyer speaks volumes about your dealership. These gentleman spoke to me as if someone from my ethnic group and not my financial class because I make a good living and wasn't dressed or spoke in a manner that didn't support this, should not have the right to negotiate and take what they told me or leave. The manager even said he wasn't going sell me the vehicle because I was dishonest person for asking for a better deal. If the tables were turned and someone came in after me and offered to buy the car for the price they wanted they would have sold it if I didn't have a contract and I don't blame them. The ironic part is I was going to buy the car next week regardless if they moved on the price or not and was going to buy two more in the next two years because we are a Acura family and my wife and daughter were both in the market. I even mentioned my wife wanting a new care to the manager. As a married man most of us know if I get a new car the wife will probably be getting one real soon if the money is available. Also my daughter who has a great career lined up was going to get her own. BLUF, this attitude that unless you belong to a certain group of people that you do not have the right to attempt to get the best deal you can from an establishment has to stop. I am glad I saw this dealers true colors before I made three major mistakes. My experience with McDaniels Acura of Newnan was fantastic. I worked with Cesar Garay as the salesman and he was awesome. Very responsive with my questions, and got the information to me very quickly. He truly listened to what I wanted and what I was saying. From there, I had the pleasure of dealing with Emmitt Mitchell in Finance. Totally awesome guy. Took the time to go over everything with me and explained everything to me that I wasn't sure about or didn't know. When I purchased the car and was waiting for Emmitt to complete paperwork, Cesar took my new car to have gas put in it and because their water machine was not stocked at the time, brought me back a water just because. I was uncomfortable from being nervous and hot, Emmitt went and found a fan and brought it out to me so I could be comfortable. It was the little things that made the biggest difference to me.
