    Our recent truck purchase at Newnan Peachtree Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram started off incredibly well…read more Despite me having surgery the day before, Roshan (our salesman) and Tre Flowers (sales manager) made the entire process seamless, handling everything remotely. Roshan even drove the truck to us to finalize the deal! When we found a few paint chips and a door ding, Roshan assured us they'd be fixed. However, getting those minor repairs completed became a major hassle, dropping our experience to 4 stars. I had to constantly chase them to schedule the initial touch-up, which was subpar and didn't fix the ding. Austin, another sales manager, then promised to send it to their body shop, but again, it required persistent follow-up from me. The repair took nearly two weeks for what seemed like minor issues. We faced a lack of communication regarding progress and had initial difficulty securing a rental car (though Austin did step up to help with this later). It was frustrating to essentially be without our new truck for so long over a few small cosmetic fixes. While the sales team initially went above and beyond, the post-sale follow-through on repairs was a significant letdown, requiring far too much effort on our part. In the end, we do love our new Ram. Took a little bit for my husband to get over trading in the "old" one.

Instead of calling me for approval, they just replaced the tire without my consent -- no estimate, no phone call, nothing. Then, after holding my vehicle for seven hours, they finally told me that their techs were too busy to even look at the actual problems I came in for. When I asked for a loaner car, they said they had none. When I asked for a ride home, I was told their driver had "gone home for an emergency." The lack of professionalism and basic customer service here is unbelievable. This place wasted my entire day, charged me for work I didn't authorize, and failed to fix the main issues. I will never return, and I strongly recommend avoiding this dealership at all costs. I actually purchased my vehicle from this same dealer. They were a lot nicer and more responsive when they were trying to make the sale. Once they had my money, that level of service completely disappeared. After checking their reviews lately, it looks like I'm not the only one with a bad experience. They've been getting a lot of negative feedback, and honestly, I don't expect them to last much longer if this continues. Whoever owns this dealership seriously needs to pay attention to these bad reviews before they lose every last customer.

    I purchased a Hyundai Venue online in 2024 from Southtowne Hyundai of Newnan…read more I asked for the Venue that was advertised with a Sun Roof... I went to pick it up, and it was a Venue WITHOUT a Sun Roof, but it was the higher-end model at the same price...so I just accepted it at the price that I agreed upon since it was the higher-end model. Now understand, I agreed on a price to be financed for 5 years... My first payment was higher than I agreed to. I called them, and they fixed it...so that's good. When I've taken my car in for oil-changes, they have NEVER reset the oil life...not once. I have to go through the stupid computer thing to figure out how to reset the stupid oil-change reminders every stinking time. Once, I asked them to fix the headlights, because people were constantly flashing their lights at me...even though my lights were dimmed. BOTH of my headlights are shining and pointed into oncoming traffic...they said they adjusted them, BUT THEY DIDN'T! I could tell they didn't because the lights still looked exactly the same at night. Now I'm driving in the dark with my driver's side headlight basically pointing at the ground...as low as it will go...just to keep from blinding people. So I'm driving at night dangerously, because I can't see well due to this. Now...I agreed to pay a certain amount per month for 5 years. This is my fault, because I didn't catch it at first, but I don't know how I was supposed to catch it. I'm paying what I agreed to pay monthly for 5 years, but those sissies at Southtowne have me paying what I agreed to monthly for 7 SEVEN years!!! I didn't catch this until over a year and a half. My fault for not catching what these crooks will pull over on people. If you want to buy a car and get screwed over, bent over, and screwed over again...buy a car from Southtowne Hyundai of Newnan.

Nobody ever got back to me. 60k for a Hyundia SUV?!? I must have transported to an alternate universe. This place is a complete joint.
