You have to visit this place. My 4 children had such an amazing day playing here. It is clean and the staff is amazing and patient with all of the kids. The kids never waited in line for for more than a minute. This place is such a hidden find, we need more of these. We are from Bakersfield and will be coming back as soon as we can to play again. There is a full size gym and cross-fit area that looks very clean and is not crowded and we will be working out while the kids play next time too! Bakersfield could use one of these!! Great place to spend a day wearing out the kiddos!

We paid a $10 admission ($5 each)for us to get in to play the arcade games only. For the selection of games it wasn't worth it. Smells kinda old some of the games are dark or don't work well (air hockey). Idk I'm kinda sorry I mentioned it to my son. And it's incredibly loud.

*I would have given 5 stars if the water in the drinking fountains tasted better, if it was COOLER inside, if the water in the bathrooms were cold, and if there was security cameras around or supervision around on the different layers. I know 2 you can't change... Other then that it was good my kids loved it even though we were hot. It was a struggle to stay cool. Maybe offer a cooling station on a part of that gym by the wave pool? I would soooooo pay money to sit in there on a hot day like today. If you are coming for your first time like us bring cooling towels and cash for water bottles. Super hot!!! I'm from Fresno it's always hot there and it was hot for us.

I am not sure what people see about this place. But it is HOT, half the activity were closed off because other event was hosting at that "house". I was playing basketBall with my sons and almost fell a few times because the padded flooring was coming up.. I don't think I will waste so much money going there again..to play in a hot box

My niece had her 11th birthday here, and the package deal was a good price. Lots of fun stuff for kids and adults. Video games, bounce houses, weight room, dance classes..e.tc. I didn't like the location of the bounce houses because they are on the 3rd floor, and the second floor had no supervision at all so children are allowed to run free. Pretty dangerous, because the fence is only about 4 ft high and the kids can climb it, also the second floor is completely empty, except for the soccer field on one side. I believe there is no air conditioner either because the whole place was soooo hot!! Would I come back?...probably not..

Fun place to take the kids or family from out of town. My kids really liked the rock climbing wall they were on that thing for about 2 hours so that was good for me.. kept them busy! They also tried the flow rider they liked that too but not as much as climbing. Kinda pricey $15 pp for an all day pass but you can be there all day so i guess its OK. Anyway my kids keep asking to go again.

This place is so much fun! Wave pool, arcade games, bounce houses, basketball courts, laser tag, gym, rock wall, indoor soccer! You could spend all day here and never run out of things to do. We went here for my little boy's birthday, and we had a blast! I felt like a kid. I seriously was all up in the bounce houses, and I got jacked up. I came tumbling down like a sack of potatoes! So much fun. This place rocks!

We took our children here and the flowrider was awesome. This place is so fun, I understand their is a Disneyland. Well, the locals call this place Lindsayland. Great for families.

I come here to workout whenever I visit family. The cardio equipment is pretty old and run down but still gets the job done. Very spacious for circuit training. Also, there is an arcade, cross fit section, laser tag, bounce house and wave rider section. This place could use some med balls and mats for stretching.

The last time I visited The BLVD was a few years ago and not a lot has changed since I last visited. I do have to say that this is a great place to hangout at for family or friends and even for a team building. I love video games, so arcades are definitely a must when I visit places that have arcades. I think the arcades are a bit outdated and they need better games. I don't think they are horrible, but I would love to see a better variety for all ages. I think bowling is a super fun idea and I would love to come back just for that to up my bowling skills. They have a good amount of lanes, so you can guarantee you'll be able to play. Food was good. They have a good variety of options even for vegans/vegetarians which is great because I know a lot of people that have food restrictions, but they also have a good variety for the others that don't have those restrictions. The place is nice and neat. My only complaint is the token system. You won't use 100% of the tokens you buy because the games are charged at different prices and I think they do that on purpose so we can keep refilling those game cards, other than that this is a great place if you're looking for something to do.

Otherwise, I usually find myself traveling going out of town to sing with my friends. This was my first time renting a room at the BLVD, but it was not the best experience. The Singa system that they use has a decent catalog of songs to choose from, but the ones that we were hoping for wasn't available. Additionally, the system lags when trying to queue a song. It messes up the tempo and the display of the lyrics for a song that's currently being played. The speakers sounded awful, so we had to take time out of our hour to have that checked out. The worker who fixed the speakers encouraged us to speak with the front desk, so we could get some time back for the maintenance. We were assured that we would get some time added, but that did not happen. We even double checked with the front before the original time expired. Afterwards, we waited for a while to see if it could still be resolved. My friend ended up speaking with the manager who explained to us that there were some technical issues on their end when they tried to add some time. I appreciate that the manager was transparent and asked us how she can improve our experience. While we could not be refunded, we received a gift card equal to the amount that we paid for our karaoke session. I'm hoping to come back to the BLVD for a better karaoke experience next time.

We live about 53 minutes away and planned to celebrate my son's birthday here. During our first visit, we arrived around 6ish p.m. only to be told they were closing early at 7:30 p.m. for "maintenance." This was never communicated beforehand, so we made a nearly one-hour drive for nothing. One of the young managers tried to be accommodating, and I appreciated his effort, but the overall experience was still disappointing. We decided to give them a second chance, hoping the first visit was just a one-time issue. Unfortunately, the second experience was even worse. We were given incorrect and conflicting information by an employee, and management did not provide clear or consistent answers either. It was obvious there was a lack of communication and training among the staff. The most frustrating part is that we made another 53-minute drive because we trusted the information we were given, only to have our time wasted again. When families are spending their time and money especially for a child's birthday they deserve accurate information and reliable customer service. Sadly, that was not our experience. I hope management takes customer feedback seriously and invests in better employee training and communication so other families don't go through the same frustration we did.
