It was such a stress reliever because it's so hard to entertain guests AND keep and eye on all the kids at the same time. If you're a tired mom I recommend this service- the kids loved it, for what I paid and what service we got it was worth it, I didn't have to do a thing for it, and it came with a couple "babysitters". Since we were with younger children we wanted the easier room which did not happen. The room, lobby and overall appearance itself felt outdated compared to other escape rooms I've visited. The visuals could use a refresh, and some of the tools and mechanisms seemed like they need repair or replacement, which affected the experience. I really wanted to give a higher rating because the staff was kind, and I think this place has potential. With some updates, better maintenance, and more consistent guidance, I think it could be a much better experience.

I do have to say that this is a great place to hangout at for family or friends and even for a team building. I don't think they are horrible, but I would love to see a better variety for all ages. I think bowling is a super fun idea and I would love to come back just for that to up my bowling skills. They have a good variety of options even for vegans/vegetarians which is great because I know a lot of people that have food restrictions, but they also have a good variety for the others that don't have those restrictions. You won't use 100% of the tokens you buy because the games are charged at different prices and I think they do that on purpose so we can keep refilling those game cards, other than that this is a great place if you're looking for something to do.

Otherwise, I usually find myself traveling going out of town to sing with my friends. This was my first time renting a room at the BLVD, but it was not the best experience. The Singa system that they use has a decent catalog of songs to choose from, but the ones that we were hoping for wasn't available. Additionally, the system lags when trying to queue a song. It messes up the tempo and the display of the lyrics for a song that's currently being played. The speakers sounded awful, so we had to take time out of our hour to have that checked out. The worker who fixed the speakers encouraged us to speak with the front desk, so we could get some time back for the maintenance. We were assured that we would get some time added, but that did not happen. We even double checked with the front before the original time expired. Afterwards, we waited for a while to see if it could still be resolved. My friend ended up speaking with the manager who explained to us that there were some technical issues on their end when they tried to add some time. I appreciate that the manager was transparent and asked us how she can improve our experience. While we could not be refunded, we received a gift card equal to the amount that we paid for our karaoke session. I'm hoping to come back to the BLVD for a better karaoke experience next time.

i went on wednesday night with a group that included 2 kiddos (age 4 and 10). it was everyone's…read morefirst time and we didn't have any expectations, but it turned out to be really fun. the golf course is halloween themed with scary props, zombies and ghosts that jump out, spook or sing. luckily, these kiddos weren't scared. the lil one was distracted but we were all able to play. there are 16 holes total and you can score points online by scanning a QR code. everyone got a club appropriate for their size and got to choose a colored ball. the course starts off simple and then gets more clever and challenging. there's also some arcade games and an air hockey table out front. the arcade games are mostly racing or shooting games. the plus is that it's free/included with admission (except for the pinball machine and claw machine games. however, some games were old or broken. a bonus plus is that they allowed ins and outs as long as we had a receipt. we played for an hour and paused midway to step out and grab food. we came back an hour later and were able to continue golfing. overall, a fun wholesome night. the golf course is dimly lit and can get chilly. kids under a certain age are free. admission is priced separately for adults and kids. plenty of parking.
