Had my son's 7th birthday here today. Their new party packages are so affordable and they assign a party host that basically handles everything for you. We had JJ, I recommend you request him! He's enthusiastic and the kids love him. He really went out of his way to make it a good experience. They changed the way you have parties here and you now get the party room for the entire 2 hour block. You can also bring in your own food, so I brought some fruit and snacks, along with the pizza that came with the package. It was a huge hit, you're done in two hours, and the kids had a great time! read more

Every time we come here something is broken or we can't use at this time. We have a monthly membership and we are very disappointed in how this place is kept up. The bathrooms are disgusting. The trampolines always have tears in them. The jungle gym is broken and missing pieces, the inflatable slide is broken? It's also never fully filled with air either. You can't ride the rocket ship.. ever??? The arcades games are always down. This place is ran by kids which is fine but who is going to actually get stuff fixed??? Seriously considering cancelling my membership. read more

The best part about this place is how fun it is for the kids! There's comfortable seating for parents to observe. It's kind of pricey $30 for 90 minutes, which isn't too bad for just one kid, but after that, it starts adding up! I wish they had a sibling/friend discount. Employees are helpful. Very large jump house/ adventure park. Employees are a little hit and miss as far as friendliness and customer service goes. The park is kept pretty clean and seems safe as they have staff watching everyone to be sure they are playing safe! Lots to do here! Prices are reasonable. We will definitely return! read more

Toddler time 10-11am, what an amazing idea. My toddler loveesssss going "jumping" as her little squeaky voice calls it. We do the membership for $30 a month and she has unlimited access and we get in for free as her "observers". We pal around with her, help her through the play structures, etc and she loves the toddler themed music - think toddlers greatest hits - Mickey Mouse club house theme song, frozen, wheels on the bus - she jams out. We sit and eat in their food area and then we drive home and put her down for Nap! The perfect 2 year old activity to get her energy out. Membership is so worth it, we go 2-3 times a week. read more

The facility is nice and for the most part, the staff was kind. But when we walked in, a young kid named Zachary was the first employee we saw. He didn't greet us and barely acknowledged us while we stood in line with no other customers around. Finally, he nodded to me, indicating he would help me. He laughed and joked with a female employee the entire time we were paying and even told me to "hold on" three times while he talked with her. He was rude when I told him my child needed socks and acted like I was completely ruining his day to take our order and payment. I'm a pretty understanding individual and complain about almost nothing, but no part of me ever wants to be helped by this guy again. read more

Set up our daughters 7th birthday here recently, we had a very large turnout and we're concerned it would be too much for the staff. Not the case at all, the staff were very resilient and professional. We ended up having two party rooms due to the large amount of people that showed up and they had them set up very nicely. The kids had an absolute blast running , jumping, rock climbing and bouncing around in the oversized bounce house. The food provided was from Queen's Pizza, again better than we expected with a garden salad, anti-pasta salad and a ton of pizza. I think we brought home enough salad and pizza to have 2 meals a day for the next week. They provide the birthdays child with an entire month of free trips back to continue enjoying their birthday month. Would definitely do this again and highly recommend it! read more

need better service and explanation of memberships available, no pamphlet to better understand their services. really disappointed with staff and shift management. apparently there's toddler time we're your allow to jump with your child under 6. with monthly membership and apparently there's two levels. this is the part that was never explained to me. with one membership your allowed observe your child playing and with the other one you can jump with them. another thing that stood out was the lack of maintenance and exposure to possibly fiberglass from the ceiling insulation. read more

The last time we went my kids had a rash on their neck and arms. It was some kind of a reaction to the surface they came in contact with there. My wife's purse got stolen out of our car in the parking lot and then a month later (same time my Kids got a rash) my mother's purse was stolen out of hers. If you ask flight management about it they know it's a problem that happens all the time, yet they can't hire a single security guard to try and keep that from happening. Never again read more

FUN FUN FUN!! Came from LA to visit family in Bakersfield. Was in search for a fun place to bring my kids and came across Flight Adventure Park!! I wanted to surprise my son and let me tell you he had a blast.. correction WE both had a blast!!! Workers were helpful and quick with the process. One worker from the front desk specifically, Juan Rivera, was extremely helpful and patient with us. The staff who referee the play area were all great with the kids especially when they played dodge ball. They were fair to let the smaller kids play too. We'll definitely come back!! 0 services star... this place failed to keep the time frame that they promised and drop the birthday cake that was brought to them. Other server that was even our drop the cake and said oops... No compensation what so ever was offered for their mistake on dropping the special ordered cake. Pizzas were also not right, ordered 3 cheese and 3 pepperoni, we got 4 cheese 2 pepperoni... after all that, they ask us to leave after 45 minutes in the party room.. I hope they fix this issues, especially when people paid lots of money and having family and friends over and not enjoy the special day. I tried to call the CEO number Hana Ayoub and went to a automated line. No manager on duty was willing to help. Hope they change their customer service after this. read more

Wish I could give negative stars. Let me start off by saying they completely LOST my reservation two days prior to my kids birthday party even though it was booked and paid for two months prior and they fully booked the day up. The lady manager was very understanding and made it right by kicking the other party out of the room, which is the only good thing I can say about this place. This is the absolute worst party experience I (and my party guests) have ever experienced. WAY TOO MANY PEOPLE are allowed in this place at a time. The party host (mark?) was following me around asking a million questions and constantly telling me I was on a time limit. Mind you, after paying $1,000 for this joke of a party there, I was only allowed 45 min in a party room which apparently included set up and cleanup time. I was let into the party room at least 10 minutes late because the party before us was in there cleaning up their huge mess (during my room time) and trying to remove big balloon arches, even after being told there were no balloons allowed in the place. So after being let in late, the party host kept rushing us to get out of the room. I reminded him that I had been let into the room late and wanted my full-time. He then went and got his manager, some young guy who was short, rude, and unprofessional to come in and tell me, regardless of when I was let into the room to start my party I would not be allowed to stay in there my full amount of time that I paid for. So all in all, I think we maybe got 30 to 35 minutes of party time. Does that sound like it's worth $1000 to you? Cause it was an absolute waste of money to me. You guys need to allow for set up and cleanup time separately from the guest party time. Allow yourself 10 to 15 minutes between each party reservation to go in and do what you need to do, do not count that into time that someone has already paid for. I also paid for drinks that were locked up in a fridge that my guest could not access. Every time someone wanted a drink, someone had to come in and unlock the fridge. How stupid is that? I ended up leaving that place leaving behind a ton of stuff that I had already paid for because it was locked up in a refrigerator and nobody got to drink. Not only will I never host a party there again, but I will be sure to let every person I know what a joke of a place this is. read more

I visited with my young daughter we stayed until closing and I personally asked the supervisor to use the bathroom before we left. 3 mins after we walked in a man came in to clean. The supervisor dismissed me and my concerns for being upset that she sent a man in while we were in there. She said "technically it was closed so I can do that." To which my response was "okay but I literally JUST asked you for permission and you said go for it." Needless to say she was rude, condescending, and did not care about the invasion of privacy she inflicted on me and my child. Disgusting. read more

I feel like this place is slowly declining. It is very expensive now that they got rid of the option to purchase only an hour. 90 mins is $30 for ages 1 and up... The foam in the foam pits is pretty old and it's unsure how often they clean. They also got rid of the big UFO jumper that use to be in the middle. Less things for more $. :/ read more
