Im a former driver for Mcdonald towing, and let me tell you, I've been towing cars for 37 years. And this coming by far is the worst by far company to work for the hour. Will cheat you out of your money, he will steal from you. It will make you work hours longer than you agreed to work. He does not care about his drivers or their families. No matter what the emergencies are, he will even dock. You one half days, pay for even being thirty minutes late.No matter what the issue or emergency is. The owner of this company will even steal and lie to their customers. I've seen it with my own eyes. Will leave customers stranded in the cold for hours just to do towing for his friends. And or go get high. Yes, I said go get high. The owner of this company has left my truck that I was driving so contaminated with marijuana. Smell it was unbelievable. There were times I wouldn't arrive for work in the mornings. Pick up the tow truck and the smell of marijuana would be so strong it would take me twenty minutes to air it out before I can even start the truck and start to work for the day. So I strongly advise and beg anyone do not use this company. This company is the shittyist towing company I have ever delt with. I would recommend someone using their buddy with a pickup truck and a car trailer before I would recommend anyone using mcdonald towing. read more

Extremely grateful for McDonald Towing, I have a home care agency and one of our employees called stating they were broken down on the side of the road, in the middle of traffic. I did a quick recommendation request on Facebook and several people referred McDonald Towing. I reached out, and even during traffic, they arrived to the scene within 15 minutes. Our employee was still able to make it to work on time, and our client was not left unattended. Our employee said the driver was very courteous, knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and polite. Made an already stressful situation a lot easier to deal with. In the future, I will always reach out to McDonald Towing for any of my towing and/or lockout needs.
