And let's talk about the rolls! The rolls are so good!!! Sometimes when I just wanted a small meal, I would also order the kids meal. It was the perfect portion. Plus, I grew up in the Philippines drinking Mountain Dew, so that drink holds a sentiment for me. Anytime a restaurant has Mountain Dew, I get very excited and will always choose Mountain Dew over my regular Coke Zero. Nothing compares to these. Every time we eat there, we ask, "What is it about the beef that makes them soooo good?", so finally we asked. The simple answer was that they let the meat speak for itself. Nothing but fresh, quality beef and a minimalist approach to spice. The lettuce is always fresh and crispy, the tomato is cut at just the right thickness, the onion never includes parts close to the dry outside or hard caps, and always plenty of pickles. If you haven't been there, give it a go, and if you're lucky it'll be on one of the days they have live music that is never too loud and always from solid talent. Server Amos is awesome!
