As far as the quality and taste I believe everyone knows they have some of the best chicken in the area, however, it does not excuse the lack of communication with customers regarding the availability of chicken - spicy or mild. They should keep the customers informed up front if there is a delay and if they're out of certain sides. Today they're out of Mac & Cheese. Not that I ordered it but she did say it's not available. As far as the ambiance, it's casual. I did not go inside so I don't know if it's clean . Parking lot is clean no trash thrown around.
