Food good, price is good, but on 3/11/26, I ordered at the kiosk, and paid at the counter, the girl who handled the sale, was also on a headset handling the drive thru, making sure everyone near the counter was greeted and helped, and this went on for the whole time I was there. A great example of how customer service is supposed to be. I didn't get a chance to get her name, but the mgmt, needs to give her the credit she deserves. Phew. Where to begin I placed a mobile order well before we arrived at the restaurant, but we still waited upwards of 20 minutes for our food. The workers were quite lackadaisical and not in any particular hurry. The person that brought our food out to us didn't apologize for the wait time or ask if we needed anything else (just a general lack of hospitality from this restaurant; I know it's McDonald's but forreal). I ordered a half and half sweet tea, but it was all unsweet. I ordered lots of sauces and got zero of them. The fries were unsalted. And unfortunately, all 4 of our happy meal toys were exactly the same toy, no variety even though the squishmallos are supposed to be a "collect them all" toy. I know they don't necessarily have control of that, but it was an unfortunate cherry on top of our bad experience. Really disappointing. read more

Customer service is not good very rude and they forget everything all the time not a good store

The manager that was on shift on 2/17 at 8:30am provided piss poor service to Aunt. An employee refused to assist customers with kiosk and actually forced customers to use kiosk instead of helping with orders at the register. This resulted in my aunt ordering the wrong amount of pancakes. Accepting the mistake. My aunt had to make three attempts to get the attention of employee which turned out to be the manager to provide her with creamer and sugar. When the manager was confronted about her behavior and lack of acknowledgement of the customer. She shoved the sugar and creamer in her hand and then proceeded to repeat to ean employee in front of the customer (my aunt) ," I guess she expecting sugar". The behavior was observed with two other customers and unexceptable, especially in an industry such as food. We will be reporting to this to the district office since it was manager who displayed and promotes such despicable behavior to customers. My Aunt and the rest of the family will be making point to go elsewhere for our McDonald needs when in Angleton even if that means driving to Lake Jackson. read more

Very bad service asked for a double quarter pounder meal and paid 7.39 found out it wasn't the meal just the sandwich and the lady wanted to charge me another 4 dollars for fry and a drink. Me being in the restaurant business for 20 years for a McDonald's to charge 12 dollars ridiculous so I brought it up to there attention the combo only costs 8.49 tax doesn't bring it up to 12 dollars. As good as I expected! Fresh and clean. No smiles to be found avoidance of eye contact. The play area looked tidy and restrooms were fresh and well stocked hand dryers were thinking about dying! Sometimes a simple fish fillet sandwich is best. And it was! Very soft Bun fish piping hot and unlike most frozen fish options the flaky layers of the fish filet proved it was real fish!!! Worst experience at this McDonald's I've had. Not only did it take a ridiculous amount of time to get 2 meals, but when I got home and went to eat my burger I noticed the lettuce was brown and wilted. The lime they put on the burger for whatever reason was dried out also and had been sitting out for quite sometime. I don't eat fast food very often and this reminds me why. This is probably the worst mcdonalds i have ever encountered. Every time i go they leave something out of my order. Last time I went and tried to get my order corrected ,with a reciept, the manager got an attitude with me saying id have to pay for another burger. I have a hearing disability and its hard for me to communicate. I actually had a cashier tell me you need turn your hearing aid up. Another time a manager got rude when i asked my order to be corrected. Ive actually been told to leave because customers are only allowed 30 minutes to eat. Im giving a two star rating only because i have there are a couple cashiers who are very kind and considerate . Also the libby and restrooms are filthy half the time. Every time I go to this place, I always ask myself why?? The worst service of any MacDonald's I have ever been to. The manager is clueless on how to run a business. Always very unprofessional. You have to use a Kiosk for everything. You're given a plastic number to take to your table. But unlike most MacDonald's, they don't bring the food to your table. They stand there and yell out your number until you go get it. The purpose of the number is so they know where you're sitting. When you go to the drive thru, they never engage with you. I've never been asked how are you, or good morning. They tell you the amount, take your money, give you the change and receipt and close the window. You go to the next window, they give your food, again without any pleasant conversation, and then shut the window. This is my drive thru experience on a Wednesday evening, 6:30pm. I order 2 kids meals. I pull up to the window, the girl says "2 kids meals?", I said yes, and all my windows were down, with my 2 kids in the back. She turns to someone inside and shouts "F--K YOU! SHUT THE F--K UP!". She turns to me laughs, hands my card back and says a very smug and insincere "sorry." I shook my head and pulled away to the pickup window. Oh yeah, they got my order wrong too. went here again after the issue I had before. bad idea on my part. they flat out refused to sell me a premium mc wrap sweet chili and told me they didn't sell it... again. its still on the menu too. they then don't even give me the ranch one they forced me into. they gave me a snack wrap instead. i guess i should of inspected me ticket better. on top of all that they spiked my shake with pepper because I told them they gave me the wrong shake.
