    Stick to the cold subs. Hot sub took over 40 minutes to make. The cashier was nice, but they do not know how to keep track of their orders.

    Their customer service is unmatched! we had a big group of mouths to feet and they provided a delicious meal to all of us.

I decided to stop…read morein for a quick bite since I had some freebies through the Whataburger app. This was my second time stopping at this location. First time wasn't the greatest but I chalked it up to growing pains. It's pretty new and it sits in the huge shopping complex on the corner of Highway 6 and 288. It's pretty small inside and has a new design where kiosk ordering is the new way to order. A human will take your order but good luck getting anyone to acknowledge you. I was having issues with my app and claiming my offer and it took awhile to get some help. It seems like alot of the staff is in the high school or college age range and they were more interested in socializing with each other and friends in the dining area. Once i made my order, it took a very long time to arrive. I customized my burger and the receipt and the stickers on the wrapper showed what I wanted. What I got was not what I ordered. I was not in the mood to deal with anyone in the front and just ate it. Whataburger still reigns supreme in my book as far as chains go, but this location has alot of work to do to live up to the greatness that was once Whataburger. I will not be coming back to this location anytime soon.

I haven't been here in a while and it shows. She made some great recommendations. However, there was a young lady that came in to complain about being in the drive through and how long they took and how she still get her whole/ correct order. Clealiness: It looks like they are trying their best, but perhaps they need a bit more training. Looks as though the floors haven't been swept, the napkins need to be refilled, etc. This may be a shift change problem, I'm not sure, but there are opportunities for improvement here. Parking: This is a new shopping center and this WB is pretty popular. It has its own parking spaces, so you shouldn't have to park and walk far. Food: The food was just okay. Typical fastfood. However, I don't recommend the fries. They are shoestring fries that taste like a bag of oil. Maybe they were overdone! I got the Honey BBQ Chickenstrip sandwich. It was just okay as well. Essentially, this is a great place to stop if you just don't feel like cooking or if you have a taste for it. It's just not for me! Not likely that I will be back, but when you go, ask for Tiffany!!!

    I continue to give this Chipotle location chance after chance, and unfortunately, the experience…read morenever seems to improve. I placed a mobile order and picked it up through the Chipotlane drive-thru. As the employee handed me my order, I politely asked if I could have a side of lettuce. The reason I asked for the lettuce on the side is because the lettuce at this location is frequently wilted or old. There isn't an option in the Chipotle app to request lettuce on the side with a mobile order, so the pickup window is the only opportunity to ask. As soon as I made the request, her entire demeanor changed. She gripped my order bag tightly and continued holding onto it throughout our entire conversation in a way that felt aggressive and intimidating. I wasn't sure why such a simple request seemed to upset her. She repeated my request by saying, "A side of lettuce?!" in a rude tone, as though I had asked for something unreasonable. She continued holding onto my bag while I waited. Eventually she let go, walked away speaking to a coworker in an aggravated manner, and began throwing items around behind the counter. When she returned with the lettuce, I asked if something was wrong because the interaction felt unnecessarily hostile. She said she was fine. I explained that the entire interaction had been rude and asked to speak with a manager. Instead of immediately getting one, she pointed in his direction. I had to ask again before she actually brought him to the window, even though he had been nearby the entire time. I explained what had happened, but the manager's response was little more than "I'm sorry." I even suggested that perhaps the employee needed a break if a simple request for lettuce caused that kind of reaction, and he replied that maybe she did. To make matters worse, my food was only lukewarm, which has become another recurring issue at this location. I was simply trying to grab a quick meal while I was in the area. Instead, I received poor customer service over a reasonable request and mediocre food. At this point, I'd rather make my own food or spend my money elsewhere. Chipotle is too large and well-established of a company to have customer service and food quality standards like this.
