My family and I always stop at this McDonald's on our way to Texas. The food is always good! Our last stop passing through on 7/24/15 was the first time that we experienced a problem. Wish I could give negative stars! Absolutely the worst McDonalds in the South. Worst service and completely uncaring and unconcerned staff. We stopped here as we were passing through town. The place is a mess and the bathrooms are horrible. At least it gave my wife and I something to talk about when we got back on the road. The staff are friendly at least. 2 stars for being a dirty restaurant. Yuck. read more

I have to say I really thought this was it I thought this was the one. Great customer service up front and my order was placed correctly! Received my food from the pickup window in a timely manner and left feeling confident that all my food was there. Opening all of the wrappers and tasting all of the food I purchased was a totally different story. The burgers looked like they were thrown together with no care whatsoever. Ketchup was all over the top of one of the burgers and the meat was half way off the bun as were the remaining five burgers. On top of that all the fries felt like they were from yesterday and all of the food was cold and I mean cold! Thought I would cheer my family up with some food but I guess I was let down yet again. I went through the drive through today.. surprised that they weren't busy because my son wanted a Happy Meal... you'll never believe what happened... THEY DIDNT PUT ANY FOOD IN THE BOX!!! Like there was nothing in it!! So I take the box, pull to the front get out of my car and go in... they tried to say I took the food out and was just trying to get extra... hmmmm no... I do McDonald's a lot I eat there all the time because it's very quick I got the big Mac and large fries as I usually do it is so delicious they have super clean restrooms and very friendly staff the managers super nice and there's lots of room and a nice play place food is very quick only downside I have is that the ice cream machine is broken but that's fine because I am used to that now read more

My family and I are back, just a few days after our first visit as we're passing back through Atoka. Sadly, the conditions have changed since our last visit. Well maybe they were having a bad day but according to a local who was there it is always the same slow sad service. Our burgers were thrown together half wrapped, the fries were not done, the lobby sweet tea was out, the napkins were out as well. The young girl making the "not done fries" was over heard saying she couldn't wait to go to Taco Bell. Don't know if she meant a new job but maybe she should have just went. Was in town the other day decided to stop on my way thru. Ordered two mighty kids meals. A double quarter pounder with cheese meal. And a ten piece nugget meal. Besides it costing $25 they forgot the nuggets. Had to go back through line for nuggets. Get about thirty miles does the road only to discover my double quarter pounder with cheese is only a meat patty on a bun ...And to find that the 10 piece nugget I paid close to $5 for was only 7 nuggets... You would think that nuggets would be cheaper since it is only $5 for 20...or because they are on the mcpick 2 for$5...completely dissatisfied with the service and prices...will not be going back for anything read more

My order was not ready 15 minutes after going through the drive-thru. I paid and they made me sit in the parking lot and then did not bring me my food. One lady came up to my door and asked what I had and then went back inside for another 5 minutes. I got tired of waiting and went inside and asked what the deal was and they said they messed up somebody else's order and had the chicken nuggets cooking and I explained it didn't take 15 minutes to cook chicken nuggets. Then they handed me my food and I was able to go on my way. I have never waited for fast food longer than 5 minutes this is extremely disconcerting. When I finally did get around to opening my food I didn't even receive any condiments so I was stuck with dry chicken nuggets. read more

This place deserves zero stars. The workers lack customer service skills, hygiene, and motivation. While there we ordered a grilled chicken club sandwich, a cheeseburger, and a big mac meal with fries. We watched 5 other customers get their orders before us and they ordered after us and had more food. While there 3 people that got food before us had to have orders corrected because items were wrong or forgotten. We heard the manager say she had just gotten a complaint from the drive thru that fries were just dumped in the bags. Finally I headed to the front with my receipt to ask if they forgot our order and right then they called our number. As I grabbed the tray I noticed that they forgot the fries and asked for them....They gave us fries then but they were wrong size - we didn't bother to correct them. My grilled chicken club didn't have the bacon on it and the lettuce and tomato was wilted and not edible. The actual chicken tasted good but that was all. My boyfriends big mac had so much sauce that wiping his hands with a napkin was not enough. When he went to the bathroom to wash his hands-there were no paper towels. We wanted to get an ice cream but after all the trouble and chaos behind the counter we decided not too. We came here on our way back to Dallas and stopped bc Mcdonalds is known to be fast and easy - not the case at this location. We had passed up mazzios Pizza bc we didn't want to wait...After waiting nearly 20 minutes for our food...we both said we should have just gone to Mazzios Pizza since we waited almost as long. I would strongly encourage corporate to come in and do some training and organizing before this place goes under....I will say this is a nicely remodeled Mcdonalds it just doesn't have the employees or the service to match. read more

Omg! I went through the drive thru....my first mistake....i ordered one mighty kids meal, two happy meals, and three more drinks. That it. All drinks were Dr. Pepper. The teller read it back THREE times as....COKE! I corrected her THREE TIMES....no im sorry ...no acknowledgment....nothing. Then... I paid...asking the lady at the window if in fact all drinks were Dr. Pepper...she looked at me like i was stupid....and rudely said .."yeah"....and shut the window. Got to the third window....and they gave me three happy meals....not one mighty kids meal and two happy meals.... I questioned this...and the lady just looked at me like I was in the wrong. I said well I guess I paid for a Mighty Kids Meal....but guess im not getting it! Again no acknowledgment and window closed. Rude and sorry service....a mistake is one thing..but this was ridiculous! While traveling to Oklahoma in October I grabbed a big Mac at this place and got pretty sick from it I stopped because it has just been remodeled and thought they might have deceit food. I stopped there just last week and tried it again and got so sick for 24 hours nearly went to hospital this time they have to be nasty bunch of people in the back. Iam sure Iam not the only one who got sick and will be contacting who ever it takes to get the place cleaned up! read more
