Pulled in, ordered food and waited. While waiting we saw two girls one who took our order while eating a French toast stick and drinking her drink, and another who was hanging out over a counter top on her cell phone putting her long nails in her mouth and running them across her nose. I was grossed out when I saw fingers in mouth girl packing our order with dirty hands. Then she pulled out a cheese stick to count our order. I called in and asked them to cancel the order. Gross!!!! Absolutely awful food here. Was passing through on my way back to Fayetteville and always get the cinnasnacks and a diet coke and today I opted for the coffee instead. First off a French Vanilla coffee is NOT the same as black coffee, Sonic. Secondly I have never seen more disgusting cinnasnacks in my life. Completely fried and as hard as a rock. Nowhere near the soft pastry they usually are. I will never be back to this Sonic and will advise everyone I know to wait until at least the next town to get anything from a sonic. read more

Worst Sonic I have ever been to. We waited 30 minutes for a burger combo and chicken tender combo that were cold. No napkins or condiments--ketchup--came with our order.We called and asked for ketchup--no one came. if you are driving through, keep going and find someplace else. read more

Just stopped here on our road trip. The bathroom was super dirty and broken. The chicken on our sandwich was totally burnt. They forgot our dipping sauce and the redbull slush maybe maybe has redbull in it but doubtful. I guess you can't expect much from places in the middle of no where. read more

This is one of the worst Sonics I've ever been to. Hopefully it was just an off day and not always this way. The lady who took our order read it back correctly (finally) but we still didn't get what we ordered. It wasn't even all on the receipt. The carhop rolled her eyes when we told her we were missing items and was rude when she brought them out to us. The sweet tea tasted soured but we just left because I was afraid of what they'd do to it if we sent it back. Horrible! This place has the worst customer service I have ever had in my life! When they are taking my order it just seems like they don't care about their job or they hate being there. Even something simple as a greeting when we first arrive is just awful. No sense of uniformity, everyone is just wearing what they want. The cleanliness seems non-existent. I've gotten my order wrong a few times cause they try to take the order as quick as possible. Customer satisfaction is just out the window at this place. read more
