Chef Morita pays extreme attention to detail in sourcing the right product, presenting each course with exacting balance and appearance, while maintaining traditional methods. Even the sushi rice used comes from a rice 'sommelier' in Japan sourcing a custom product. The balance between fish, rice and sauce is absolute perfection. There are no shortcuts taken here - I hope every customer can appreciate how much thought and effort go into making this top notch authentic Japanese dining experience.

At $9.00 it is a bit expensive for a hamburger but honestly for what the burger is it is worth it. It comprises of Angus beed, grilled onion, bacon, free- range egg (I like happy chooks), tomato, lettuce and most importantly beetroot, the perfect ingredients for the perfect hamburger. Burgerlicious is delicious!
