Slow slow service. It takes so long to get waited on here. I have seen a line of cars go all around the restaurant just for the drive thru. Then, you get high cholesterol, high sodium, food that's so bad for you . I mean it taste good but , but it's really not worth all the hassle and wait just for some cheap unhealthy food. I don't know why so many people come here and have the patience to wait in such a long line. It's also hard to get in and out of no matter which direction you are coming from. They never put ketchup in your bag even if you get French fries unless you remember to ask for it. Furthermore, they never smile and ask for your business to come back. Altogether, this fast food restaurant is below average in giving customer service. No sense in asking for a manager and complaining either because they won't do anything about it. read more

Me, my son, and my fiance went to McDonald's today around 3:00 when we got there the lady at the speaker couldn't seem to get our order right after multiple times of repeating ourselves, when we got our food the fries were soggy with no salt, looked tasted and felt like they had been soaked in water. The nuggets had the most horrible taste and my son's apple slices were opened and all mushed together dried out. We will probably never go back and we are a regular customer!!! read more

Bad experience 2 days in a row (so shame on me for going back): Saturday morning I ordered an Egg McMuffin and another Egg McMuffin without a muffin because my wife is gluten intolerant. I also ordered a latte', but was told their machine was down. When I got to our hotel with breakfast, my wife opened the bag and instead of NO muffin she got ONLY a muffin, though I had repeated my order so that it was very clear. I went back and eventually got the correct order, but not before having to drive through the long line again, and no one offered anything even close to an apology for my inconvenience (not to mention my food getting cold back at the hotel). Because I really wanted a latte', on Sunday morning I called ahead and asked if their McCafe' machine was working and was told "yes", but when I placed my order at McDonalds I was told the machine was not working. I explained my frustration and pointed out that I had purposefully called ahead to make sure, but once again, no apology. Since we stay in Batesville on Ole Miss football weekends, and since McDonalds is the only option for latte's, cappucinos, etc. there, we will now be driving an extra 10 minutes to another location on the other side of town. And interestingly enough, I notice I am not the only ex-customer who has written a 1-star review. read more

Mcdonalds is like a box of chocolate, you never know what you are going to get. This visit we got fast, efficient drive thru service. Employees polite and got the order correct. My husband's eggmac and hashbrown were good and my oatmeal was good. The coffee was good, they got the right number of cream and Equal! All McD's coffee is too hot. Good visit at this McD! read more

Knew it wasn't going to be good when they didn't even acknowledge that someone was at the outer order box. I Had to drive around the building and go to the inner order box just to have my order taken after 5 minutes sitting there. I Asked for a big breakfast with hotcakes, and to sub the sausage for chicken. They said no which is fine. However I did not ask for eggs to be substituted for sausage. The hash browns were cold, not even lukewarm. I would've gone back to have them remake it but it just isn't worth the headache this early in the morning. read more

I have been here twice and neither time did the staff know how to take orders with two drive through lanes. It takes a long time (20-30 minutes) to get your food, the staff is definitely not the service with a smile type. Go here for slow food and bad service. I ordered a bacon egg McGriddle and my mom had a sausage and cheese biscuit. They gave me a burnt McGriddle with what looked to be torn up pieces of bacon and no egg. 2 large fry orders AFTER talking with the pictured manager about the half full fries. This was her second attempt. She claimed this was 2 full orders. When I pointed out the picture of a full container of fries on the marquee, which looked twice as full as the order she gave me, she reiterated that what I had been given was 2 full large fries. This is consistently a problem at almost every McDonald's in our area. The restaurants do $4,000,000 a year and have to steal fries from their customers. The owners do not seem to care, the managers even less so and the feckless employees take their cues from them. Speak up. Take your business elsewhere when you can. read more

They made our coffees with no coffee. With a lady in the background yelling "no I didn't" to us saying the drinks were incorrect, we kindly asked them to just add the coffee into our cups and we'd be okay - no need to remake the entire drink. Worst service at any McDonald's I have ever been to, always takes 20+ mins to get food, usually wrong when we get it. When you go inside to ask they will usually tell you it's not there job and to ask someone else. And even managers just want to throw excuses your way. I'm always respectfull to people behind counter because I have been in that position and know how frustrating it can be but when I look in the back and half of the people are not working and they get about an order every 10-20 mins, there's a problem. read more

Took family to the new Mcdonalds tonight(08-02-17) to eat, and OMG! First of all, the girl at the pick up window was very rude, and had a bad attitude. Then, we finally got our food, and ALL the burger patties were almost black, dried out, and tasted like cardboard. And finally, we had to ask for the milkshake we had ordered because they forgot to even make it. Very, very, very disappointing.
