I got food here awhile back and i got half of my order and they basically told me I couldn't get a cash or credit refund and that i would have to get another meal with them instead. now I have nothing against the workers there since they were doing their job the best they could with literally one person running everything since the other was out on break but corporate definitely did not handle this well read more

I recently took a 3rd shift job in Bebee, AR. Consequently, I have stopped in at this McDonald's on two occasions. The first time the manager was sitting out in the dining room chatting with the after-church crowd. A young crew person had just mopped the floor with too much soap in the water. I nearly slipped and fell. So, I told her that someone would need to re-mop it. She was rude in response. Today, 8/28/23, I stopped in again. I went to the Women's bathroom before placing my order. Both stalls were out of toilet paper. I went up to the counter to order. The Drive Thru staffpeople were hard at work. But, the manager and another person were clearly visible in the office. I called out to them. They looked at me, and then blatantly turned away. No problem. Burger King is right across the street, and THEY are friendly and professional. read more

If there was a way to give zero stars it would be to this store. I've only been to this McDonald's about 3 times due to them making my food wrong EVERYTIME. The food wasn't hot, it sat on the prep table for 10 mins after other people orders were being passed right by it, and only a few people doing their job, the other were standing around the lobby was filthy, the trash wasn't emptied. I asked forbthe manager and she said she was it, she was very rude and had no customer service skills. read more

Waited 5 mins to order while being watched by one of the employees then used a coupon on the mobile app spend a dollar get a Big Mac free so we did that and got a large drink and price came out to 2.06$ then had five in my hand and they snatched it from me and didn't give me no change and left then put the food on the counter and walked off just to go talk to his friends. I don't know where they found the losers working here, but management needs to fire everyone of them and start over. Worst service I've ever encountered. The girl in the drive thru was hateful, then completely screwed up my order. The girl taking my money then chewed the staff out over her head set for messing up my order . I get to the third window and they basically throw my food at me while another girl behind her is mouthing she didn't mess up my order. The food sucked too! Horrible, horrible, horrible Dirty floors, tables, no ice in machine then wait in line to get ice then go to get drink it was flat pour out, try different drink , nope it was flat too! This McDonald's is about the same as any other. It is located close to a truck stop and is always busy. The restaurant is clean and the service is good. Whether you order through the drive through or go inside, the staff Is very courteous, efficient, and helpful. read more

Please do not go here after 8 pm. Trying to get food from the overnight crew when it is busy is a waste of your time. They are so disorganized that they will mess up almost every order. The crew is made up of very hard workers, however. Their manager is the problem. She acts like a child, screams at her employees across a lobby full of customers, and is immature. It is VERY disgraceful that they allow this person to work there, much less be in a position of authority. This says a lot about how much the general manager cares about the place and what she allows to happen. This is one of the most unprofessional environments I have ever encountered. No one should want to be a customer at a place where the employees are treated so badly. This place is a MESS. Spread the word. read more
