Got home and the order was wrong . Garlic butter bacon burger had no garlic butter and no bacon. Not too sure what kind of burger it was. It had lots of burn black stuff. mozzarella sticks had no cheese in them. Apparently they had been microwaved too long. While I was waiting on my wrong order, bunches of teenagers out of their cars and jumping around like monkeys. I felt like I was in the hood. I must have received their order instead of mine. Ordered a bacon cheeseburger toaster and tots with a unsweet tea. The only thing correct was the tea. I got home (15 miles) and found an order of jalapeño cheese poppers in the bag. Called the manager and he offered to redo the order if I would come back in. Then made excuses about training new person on the drive thru window. This Sonic doesn't deserve any stars. I've been 4 times in the last two months always thinking the next time will be better and it ALWAYS disappoints. Most of their ordering stations don't work, their employees are not friendly, your order is ALWAYS cold and gross, and they literally just don't care when you bring up any of the issues. The owner should be ashamed, but clearly they don't care after looking at the YEARS of terrible reviews. Will not be back!! We visit this Sonic often. About 90% of the time, our order is wrong or incomplete in some way. So far they've given us free replacements on our next visit for the incorrect items, but I would much rather get home with a correct and complete order. This Sonic seems to have always had this issue. You would think it would be a priority to have this issue addressed by management. As to the food, we've never had an issue with the food not tasting good. The drinks are excellent, but it's a coin toss if you get the drink you ordered. read more

I recommend DO NOT eat at a Sonic Drive In! I ate at a sonic drive-in restaurant two weeks ago and have been so sick d so once. I had a hamburger fries and a Coke. Afterward my husband and I ordered shakes. I had the Oreo cheesecake shake. Unfortunately I got the shake to go and we are not from that town.... We were just driving through. So, about 15 miles outside of town I got a nice large chunk of peanut butter in my shake. unfortunately I have an allergy to peanuts but fortunately it is not severe - Anaphylactic. But it's bad enough that I had bad stomach issues for six days. It's slowly starting to get better but now I'm actually having bad stomach issues again. It's been two weeks, and now I think I have to go see a doctor about this (I think I've lost about 10 lbs.). It's possible there could have been something else in the shake.....it did at least a good 15 minutes from the time we ordered the shake until we got it (my husband even went up to the window to see why it was taking so long and the said it would be right out). I called sonic corporate regarding this, they transferred me to the general manager and she said all she could do is issue a gift card. She said she would called corporate and corporate said that they would not issue a refund. I'm pretty sure I'm not the only person who would not want to eat where they got really really sick from in the near future. Desired outcome: Now I want a refund for my meal, medical expenses & suffering. We are in an RV right now & it's miserable to be so sick in an RV. So, now I want at least $1,000. Not my favorite place. The lady tried to treat me like I was dumb because I ordered a kids meal. When I got my food it wasn't a kids meal. She said it was my fault because I didn't say wacky pack. Every time we go to this place they Never, EVER get an order right. The orders are always incomplete yet we are still charged. Literally the worst sonic I have ever been to. Orders are regularly incorrect and often rung up incorrectly resulting in being overcharged. Staff is rude when you point out that your fries are cold or that they forgot to give you napkins. Most carhops seem more interested in chatting with their friends than "dealing with" customers. read more

Food is overpriced and usually arrives cold or incomplete. Sweet tea is sometimes great, but sometimes so bad you can't drink it. Like it's old or dirty, I don't even know how to describe the weird flavor it has sometimes. We mainly go for the desserts, slushes, and limeaids, now because they are pretty consistent with those, and they do have great blasts/shakes/ice cream. read more
