I was returning from a business trip and it was down pouring. I could not hear anything at the drive thru because of the rain so I pulled up at the window and the young woman said "I wasn't ready for you, yet". I told her I couldn't hear- meanwhile- the rain is pouring in my car. She said "I guess order here." So I did. When my food was given to me I asked for a receipt because it was on my business card. I asked this of the young man that handed my food to me. He told me the machine wasn't working. I said I needed a receipt due to work and he got extremely agitated and said "well ma'am there is nothing I can do about it!" I requested for the first time in my life to speak to a manager. She asked me to pull forward and within 5 minutes I had a receipt. I was taken aback at how rude this staff was (not the manager). read more

I did an online order and had it written asking to not put cheese on my sandwiches because I am allergic to cheese and they said okay, we get the order and then the food had cheese on it. We go back and they were closed early (or I didn't read hours right idk) and they just offered a coupon. 9 out of 10 times the order is incorrect. The kids want plain cheeseburgers, how hard is that? Sandwich's are always slapped together, visually unappealing, condiments all over the wrappers marking a big mess. On more than one occasion happy meal is missing the toy. I don't support this location. I advise to avoid and head do the road a little further. I will say that the am shift seems to have it more together than the pm shift. read more

Some times they mess up our food but the service is not bad and the bathroom are clean. My family and I go here at least 1 a week

3 separate times...Large coffee, 7 creams, 7 Splenda's. I end up with two of them black...the last one last week...creams, no splenda. Didn't know til it had cooled down enough to drink. I really hate to be mean, I DO. But this was only 3 trips. Out of maybe no less that 12 trips to this McDonalds, only 2 were perfectly correct. The service of this place tells me why they only deserve minimum wage. Now the place on Perkins in Sandusky...I go there when I drop my daughter off at her hospital job. ONLY ONCE...they forgot my straw. Otherwise, this mostly African American Employee McDonalds...perfect and oh so friendly. Should be renamed "McFilthy's", haven't been to a restaurant that was so dirty for some time. They weren't even busy, 2 people inside and nobody in their drive-through. Wanted something to eat, but went down the road after seeing how bad the dining area was. I would be ashamed if I owned or managed this restaurant - really they should be shut down. read more

We traveled 1 hour to this town for a dr appt. I had 2 children with me and we were hungry before leaving town. We stopped for a quick meal and decided to go inside to eat. We ordered basic foods.. a 4 pc and 6 pc boys happy meal with drinks and flurrys.. and myself I got a double cheese fry and drink.. it was around the 5oclock hour and barely any business inside or out. Our order took 9 minute to be given to us once we paid.. there were apprx 5+ employees behind the counter.. one at the drive through one front counter and at least 3 in the cook area.. the entire line for food prep was empty as 3 people gathered and talked in the rear.. we waited, waited and still waited.. I thought it was about time to get our money back and leave. Then a really old lady came from somewhere and began slowly putting things in our happy meal buckets.. with no hurry in the world.. I just stared in amazement as there was no one cooking meat the fry basket was nearly empty.. Finally was given our simple order and I asked her why there was no one working and preparing food.. what took 9 minutes? She was very rude and said I was preparing your order.. and just gave me a dirty look.. No one had one bit of rush to the order whats so ever.. we took the food and left.. our frys were so salty and old no one could eat them.. food was cold.. but how is that when we waited for them to cook and just left ready to eat.. it should have been fresh hot with that wait.. I will not go back to this place.. there is a taco bell across the street we will try if desperate next time.. or the wendys/burger kings back on our original path to the dr.. ehhh.. how many people does it take to make a happy meal? apparently more than FIVE read more
