My favorite coffee shop in Norwalk, Ohio. My husband and I would drive here often (20 min away) or make sure to stop when we were driving through the area. I love their seasonal lattes and they always are having new flavors. A few of my personal favorites are the Red Velvet Latte and white chocolate raspberry latte. And they even have coffee flights. My personal favorite place to get coffee while visiting my family each year. The service is always friendly. A good variety of baked goods and drinks for all preferences. It's always a bit busy inside. I got the croissant and a dirty chai with oat milk. The croissant was very nice and flaky, airy and light. The dirty chai was good. Passing through town I hunted down a coffee shop. I am so happy I came across this one! As I enter the backdoor there is a large container with shovels and coffee grounds with a sign telling you can have them for your garden. The bathroom was very clean complete with a Dyson hand dryer. There was plenty of seating with adorable coffee cups etched into the chairs. As well as a play area for the kids. They have a lot to choose from coffee and flavorings. I chose to get a hot tea from the brand rare tea cellar they sell, using my own tea infuser cup. It was wonderful! The service was friendly and efficient! Simple syrup, sugar in the raw, honey and fresh nutmeg are all sitting out to customize your drink! read more

This is a awesome little coffee shop. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were very understanding and accommodating to my wife's dairy allergy and made several suggestions. The iced coffee, coffee, hot chocolate, and fruit smoothies are very good but I would have to say that my highlight was definitely the $1 sugar cookie. This place is exactly what I think of when I imagine the ideal coffee shop. Small and independently run, this place just has a perfect feel. The decor makes it feel classy, but not stuffy and fluffed up. It just seems like a perfect place to sit and read, get some work done, or catch up with a friend. The people are so friendly and quick. Really great little coffee shop in small town of Norwalk. The coffee is excellent, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. If you're ever going to get behind supporting a local business - this is the place. The only thing that might have caused me to hold back half a star would be the acoustics. It's a pretty loud space, though not so much because of talking, noise or music... Good free WiFi also. I opted for oatmeal in support of my thighs, though the cookies and treats really looked divine and put up a strong fight for space on my table :P) In all, this was a great find when I ended up needing to spend a day in Norwalk. read more

Had a very poor experience here a few weeks back. I felt incredibly shocked at the rude service and the lack of quality that I've grown accustomed to with Sheri's Coffee. My experience took a sharp turn for the negative right off the bat when the barista refused the smallest of smiles in return to my own. I brushed it off and assumed she must just be having a rough day.I paid with cash and the barista who took my cash and shortchanged me $1 went to the back and the other barista (male) handed me my coffee. I didn't say anything about the dollar because she walked off so fast and assumed perhaps there was a price increase, I was also planning on using that $1 as a tip, but since she went straight to the back I felt awkward calling her back out over a dollar. I left with a bad taste in my mouth, but Sheri's was always my go to coffee place growing up. I ignored that bad experience and went back again that week with a friend and sure enough she too was shortchanged $1 and only handed the coins (80 cents) as the barista (male) disappeared into the back while the other handed us our coffee this time. I'm personally not one for confrontation and was embarrassed to call out the monetary error, but when she handed us the coffee she merely set it down quite bitterly and scowled at us. We said "Have a good day..." and she completely ignored us. That was and will be my very last visit to Sheri's. It was brought to my attention that this has happened with other customers and I wasn't planning on posting a review until I realized that it's a recurring issue. Sheri, hopefully you will speak with the employees to ensure this doesn't happen further and result in losing more customers. I have no qualms about driving 15 mins further to Monroeville and having equally delicious coffee at LynMarie's and MUCH better service. read more

I have been going to Sheri's since they opened up I love frozen and iced coffee and I get the same thing every time and that is the White Mocha the one time I made the mistake and went to McDonald's for iced coffee because Sheri's wasn't opened yet and I ended up at the ER and diagnosed with food poisoning of all things I never thought it was possible to get food poisoning from coffee but it happened and I haven't had iced or frozen coffee from anywhere but Sheri's. I would give Sheri's more than 5s if possible but because it's not I will give it the highest rating and urge people to get their coffee only from here if they are looking for quality coffee read more

I love Sheri's! The coffee is consistently great and the atmosphere is pure small-town. If you're from Norwalk, you can't be here more than 5 minutes without seeing someone you know. If you aren't from Norwalk, you have to be charmed by the small-town feel. I almost always get the Hot Sheri's Mocha (without whip) - it's very sweet and always delicious. Sheri's is own by -- wait for it -- Sheri and her family - so you get an awesome feeling for their values! I never go to Norwalk without stopping by! read more

As far as coffee goes, I guess it's good. Tea leaves a lot to be desired, even for a coffee house. Smoothies are not "real" smoothies; they're from a mix. I knew it from the minute I tasted my first and last one there. There's a much better coffee house in downtown Sandusky. read more

It's good coffee, and the only coffee shop in Norwalk. Love Sherri's White Mocha. They do have seasonal offerings. I wish they had more variety, and offered lower price options. A coffee for under $3 would be nice. They offer a limited amount of smoothies, again, more variety would be nice. They have some small breakfast foods, like muffins, but doughnuts would be a good thing to have, especially since there are no doughnut shops in Norwalk. read more
