My side of chips came a few minutes after my burger was served, so they could work on timing for the meal. I noticed the same for another customer. Hot chips had a light dusting of herbs and were just the right consistency and amount. Sauces are extra and I went with an aioli vs the really hot sauce that was advertised. I tried the replacement soup out of interest. Tasted like foamy gunk. I ordered the Caesar salad. I had to ask for extra dressing on the side as it was very lacking in the moisture department. The best part of the dish ... the pinkish looking chicken placed on top. Such a waste of a heritage building.
