Pretty disappointed as this is our one stop when we are out and about. People are human which means they're going to make mistakes. I can understand, but when they make it SO difficult to remedy an issue. I don't have a lot of patience for that. I did attempt to call once realizing it when we got home but the number just rings busy. Tried the next day, same thing each time, busy telephone response. I submitted the issue online to be contacted. Em received emails saying my concern would be forwarded. No response. If I ask in the DT the expectation is that I should have come back that day or the following day. I don't love in the city so no, I shouldn't just 'come back.' The drive-thru menu price is $1 lower than what I was charged for iced coffee. When I pointed this out I was told "that price is wrong." Asked for a double cheeseburger from the dollar menu. Lady tells us "we don't have a dollar menu, mam". Then why does it say "dollar menu and more" on the menu? She kept trying to argue with us telling us their wasn't a dollar menu and that our double cheeseburger wasn't going to be a dollar. We weren't expecting it to. We were just ordering what we saw on the menu and we're reading it word for word. Don't argue with your customers unless they are being unreasonable. Which we weren't. We were being very polite. The drive through took so long (more than 10 minutes). All I ordered was an ice coffee. It added like 15 minutes to my drive.

They did not give my food and by time it was to late to come back. Please check before u leave!

This McDonalds location was where I wanted to go after work (between 2011-2014), before heading home. I've never really cared for the food options, since there are very limited vegetarian-friendly choices. But I do enjoy trying the various drinks, like the mochas, lattes, & frappes. Sadly, they would turn off the coffee/cappuccino machine sometimes by the time I got off work, & people taking my order at the drive-thru didn't usually know, & sometimes even the person accepting payment didn't know about it. But when I got to the pick-up window I would hear, "Oh, I'm sorry, we turned off our coffee/cappuccino machine 30 minutes ago, so we can't make a frappe, mocha, or latte at this time." I learned the hard way to always ask while ordering if those drinks are even available--even ask them to check if they aren't sure. Sometimes they just decide on a whim to turn off the machine long before the close of business. read more

If I could give less stars I would. Nobody knows what's going on. The girl at the window gave us 3 different totals and acted like we were stupid when we asked what our correct total was. They gave us the wrong order and we had our hand in the bag they took it back and gave it to the car behind us, that is against food handlers regulations. Then the guy who was going to get our order correct wanted our receipt, we couldn't find it, we were in the drive-thru. He acted like he couldn't do anything without the receipt. We asked if he could just look at his screen and he behaved like we were asking too much from him. I wouldn't recommend stopping here. Terrible manager. All drinks at mcdonalds are the same price but if you order a meal you are not allowed to get a Large Cup because it messes up inventory.... Seriously doubt having 10 less large cups and 10 extra medium cups is going to really mess up overall inventory. If I could give no stars I would. I ordered the new(ish) Mushroom Swiss burger but with grilled chicken instead of beef. Asked for no Aoli (since that's literally the name of the sauce that comes on it) she acted like she didn't know what I was talking about for well over 5 minutes while I explained to her that that's the sauce that comes on it and I asked for Mayonnaise instead. So for some reason she puts "add mustard" on the order my boyfriend proceeded to make his order then I tell her it still says "add mustard" when I asked for "add mayo" she changed it on the screen and we pick up our order well the LAST time I came I asked for grilled chicken instead of beef and they STILL gave me beef so this time I looked and made sure they game me chicken and they did. Well we get to the house and SURPRISE theres mustard on my sandwich when I asked for mayo several times AND the order screen even said mayo when we pulled up. So I'm 100% not happy and I'm just not going here anymore, I want McDonald's VERY rarely so I'm just sick of being disappointed and I definitely won't be back.
