Take your normal fast food standard bar and lower it. Manager and employees were yelling things out and complaining in very unprofessional way. They let us order burgers and then 17 minutes later when I asked for refund they explained that someone forgot to cook meat. They had explained this to drive through and everyone was getting fish, chicken or nuggets. If they had told us no red meat we could have made different decision inside. Twenty minutes for two McDoubles and no ice in soda machine in lobby. Absolute epic chaos. read more

Got a filet fish and could only muster up a teaspoon of tarter sauce. Could be the worst mcdonalds I have ever visited. Service was poor and they seemed to be okay with it. Would advise Wendy's would be a better choice. read more

When I pulled up in the drive through I ordered what I wanted, not going to lie It was a big order for a big family. After I finished my order she started mocking me and judging my order. So I pulled up and asked her kindly asked her if she could take 100$ bill, and give back change, she just walked away with a piss fit and ignored us. We waited for their about 5 minutes until she came back. We then went to get our food and the girl charged us with a different order. We waited even longer to get all of our stuff. when I got my food I had to use the bathroom so I did I then saw shit, piss, and puke all over the bathroom wall. I get it. McDonald's is looking for help. They are short staff. My wife and to McDonald's tonight. Between her picking me up dinner and my daughter having a busy night...It took a while. Again I understand. Once she got to the window the woman had a rude attitude and almost dropped the drinks on my wife. She checked the order and seen part of the order was missing. I get it things happen. We all have days. Please remember you work around customers. I'm over not getting all the food we order to make trips back. Pulled up and was asked to wait a moment. Drive thru employee left his mic on while cashing out the customer at the window. While waiting, a car turns off Main St. and pulls up to the other lane. Then he asked that care for their order. Finally, when we were asked for our order, I asked why he took that care instead of us while we sat and waited. We gets rude and said he didn't. I called him out and he then continued to be rude and lie. So I left, and he stared us down while we went past the drive thru window. Maybe he shouldn't be dealing with the people since he feels the need to give intimidating looks to customers. read more

Not sure what was going on inside but it took me ~45-50min to go through the drivethrough at 10p. Didn't eat all day, massive migraine and sore/tired when I could finally eat. I'm sure this is something internally, staff was nice at least. I have never left a negative review in my life, I just want this to be addressed because either y'all need more employees or to figure out what's going on. Leaving a 1 star because I can't leave anything less. I placed a mobile order today and arrived before the end of breakfast. I parked in the curbside spot and confirmed that I was there. I sat for just over 10 minutes and then rece a cancellation email. I went through the drive through and the manager said they would not make my order as it was not past 10:30am. I stated that I had been sitting there well before and had confirmed on the app. They still refused to fill my order. Unprofessional and will not go back. Reported to Corporate as well. Slowest service I have ever seen in a fast food restaurant. You learn to expect that fast food usually isn't that quick, however, this place will take 45 minutes easily. When you get to the window there won't be a smile or a thank you, and your order will be wrong 8/10 times. read more

if I could give them a 0 I would. will never forget ordering ahead and having to wait over an hour for our food not come out. always messes up our orders. food is rarely warmed fully. fries never cooked all the way. forget the drive through its not even fast. go inside? nobody is going to take your order or ask you if you need anything they just look at you weird. i hate this place their food is worse than any McDonald's I've ever been to management sucks. just go somewhere else and shut this place down anything is better. read more

Everyone always complains, but I always have great service. Yeah it can be a little slow sometimes, and they sometimes mess up on an order BUT my service has always been great, good food, and they always fix any order they may have messed up. And today, they gave my 2 dogs free ice cream, and my boyfriend an extra hash brown for our wait. They were super sweet too, which is a plus. read more

My husband went there yesterday to get lunch for us. When he got home our order was missing 2 cheese burgers, the food we did get was so awful from sitting under the lights I would say for hours. This isn't the first time, for sure it is the last time!!! read more

Wait times take FOREVER, it's always super busy no matter the hour, you have about a 50-60% of getting your order right the first try, they have a double drive thru but one is usually blocked off for whatever reason, soda machines and of course the ice creams machines are always down, employees can be kind of rude (depending on the ones you get. Sometimes you get a gem!)...literally hate going there anymore. read more

I've had a few bad experiences here but today I ordered the cherry limeaid icee drink and in my drink were a bunch of brownish chunks. I'm saying with a hopeful heart that it was only chocolate but I could only drink a little before deciding to stop and not take the risk. Even if it was chocolate they should be making sure that the machine is clean as well as the pitcher they use since there is always a chance someone could get one like mine and be deathly allergic to chocolate. Please be sure to check your drinks and food before you leave here for both your safety but also to make sure that you got the right order it will help everyone. read more

This is the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. Waited 20+ minutes to get our food and they didn't even get the order right. After getting home, found out they forgot a sandwich. Took 10 minutes to make 1 frappé. I would advise to NEVER go here. If you do have to though, remember to check your bag. Went again later that night for dessert and the doors were locked. I have given this McDonald's several chances. I ordered using the app and parked in a spot. It took 15 minutes for my food. Problem was my food was all room temp. Almost like it was setting for a long time or never hot. My fries were inedible and my medium drink was a small clear cup only 3/4 full. So I tried again the next day. Used app, parked in spot and waited 25 minutes. I ordered a cheeseburger fries ($1 using app coupon) and a drink. Once my food was finally brought out, I peeked in it and there were No fries. I told the kid and after waiting a few more minutes I received fries. At least they were hot this time. I don't think I will be returning anytime soon. I should have just waited in the drive thru for my cold food I suppose. Also a worker was sweeping the parking lot during rush hour and was out there the entire 25 minutes I waited. Maybe she should have been inside taking orders out to the cars. read more

Sad to say this is a very poorly managed fast food restaurant. I've been through this store many times over past 25 years. It gets worse every time I go I on several occasions went through drive thru and either had wrong food or even worse no food that I ordered. Went in on 1/13/19 for breakfast ordered food between ordering and receiving my food was 25 min. Food was cold. How is this !!! This gives a whole new meaning to the word Fast Food. I wish corporate would step in and set things straight. Unfortunately this most likely will not happen. My suggestion is to go across street to Arby's and get some hot food in a timely manner. read more
