I had JUST moved to Boardman, and had no pots or pans to cook with, I had to fill my gut and they were the only option for late night food on 224. They were out of the first 3 things we ordered. So it boiled down to 4 Mcchickens of which I asked for extra lettuce on. None of them had lettuce, except for 1. Wtf!? I also *know* that any sized fountain drink at McDonald's is $1. I have never in my life seen a more poorly run fast food restaurant. Today is another perfect example. Though they have two drive thru lanes, one was closed. Then with only one car ahead of me I waited 15 minutes and still no one took my order i literally had to ask " hello is anyone taking my order?" It which someone replied, " wait one minute" i had already waited 15. Over last year or so i have been told they were closed when they were not, I have seen 5 employees standing around talking while no one took orders and have rarely been thanked. I have had enough. This is probably the best example of what's wrong with the traditional fast food restaurant. Every time I go to this location for my kids the wait for food is long, the food quality is poor and staff just don't seem to care about the customer. It doesn't matter is you go in or go through the drive-thru your going to wait more than 5 minutes after you order. I don't care what you order your going to wait. While you wait at the counter you can't help but to notice how dirty the kitchen area is. I just went there for a shake only to find out the shake machine is broken (a sign) again. That was my last time there. I will drive an extra 5 miles down the road to another McDonald's for my kid. Todd, the manager tonight, felt it more important to argue with me when his cashier messed up my order and forgot an item than to keep a happy customer who used to visit this location at least twice a week. The item they missed was a second mozzarella sticks which had a value of $0.80 since it's supposed to be 2 for $2... Instead, he wanted to charge me another full price. Also, when I pointed out that the service was very poor this evening (no drink carrier offered for an order with 4 drinks, no total provided at the drive through sign, rude communication), Todd basically called me a liar and said that he did offer a drink carrier.
