Ordered a Quarter Pounder once and i got the food and both buns was toasted rock solid hard of something. Also the wait times for a small fry is ridiculous!! multiple people i know worked at this location in the past said it has rats. From the time I can remember McDonald's was the first American fast food establishment I ate at. Growing up in a Muslim household the only foods I could eat had to be "halal" therefore the fish filet sandwich was the only thing on the menu we could eat and to this I swear to it I won't get anything else off the menu and they never disappoint. Everything is perfection when it comes to taste although presentation could be better it doesn't take away from the simplicity yet rich flavor and the flavor comes from the tarter sauce and crispy filet and not to mention the sweet bun. All in all I have never once been disappointed and the fries and soda make it a perfect combo. I like how due to covid I don't have to go in and order and drive through isn't that bad depending on the time you go and service also can depend on the time you go. I for one have come to terms with that I'll wait for that fish filet meal, only good memories associated with it. read more

Read bottom for a quick little warning about another review The. Absolute. Worst. Place. I've ever seen. I'm not even joking or exaggerating. It's horrible. Upon walking in during a road trip, the very first thing I noticed was multiple employees not wearing masks which are required by the state for them to wear them... - I also could not identify a single one of them wearing a pair of gloves, or even one glove. The second thing I noticed, was a large cockroach sitting on the floor not far from the counter. Then for some godforsaken reason, I went into the Men's restroom. And I regret it deeply. I will never forget the stench or sight. The toilets had what I can only hope was Human Feces covering the sides of them as well as the floor, to the point you can tell the bathrooms have never been cleaned, at least not for over a year. Out of morbid curiosity and concern, and albeit against my better judgment, I ordered a 10pc mcnugget meal, with hopes that those were so simple they could never get it wrong. I was mistaken, Let me list what was wrong with the meal, which was inedible. - The fries were well past their expiration date, as after trying a single one and noticing the poor quality and taste, I noticed several of them had a heavy green tinge (Not the normal slight green discoloration from certain parts of the potato either) - The Chicken Nuggets were partially raw, and I thank god that I had the forethought to pull on in half before taking a bite, as I would have food poisoning. Some people like raw fish, some like raw beef, some even like raw pork. But if you eat raw poultry (bird) you will get sick, and if you are unlucky or your food poisoning is bad enough, can result in lengthy hospital stays or (extremely unlikely) death. Not to mention that there were solid hard chunks of an unidentifiable material or substance inside the chicken itself. Safe to say, I did not eat anything save half of a single fry. - The drink. My god how do you mess up a Dr. Pepper. - Mostly Watery, they need to change the syrup or repair the machine. - Could not identify was it actually was, as god knows that did not taste like a Dr. Pepper. I don't know how they did it, but I genuinely considered eating a grimy truck stop urinal cake instead of their food. And the urinal cake would most likely have killed me. Absolutely no customer service skills. I went in to get some lunch for my mother who is in a nursing home. She likes chicken nuggets for some reason. It was 10:58 a.m.,and there were no customers at the counter. I approached the register and the cashier asked if she could take my order. I asked about ordering lunch. She asked the manager on duty if they were ready for lunch yet. Long story short they were not ready. Now it's after 11:00 a.m. and I asked to order lunch again since it was now actually lunch time. The cashier said I can't order it because it was not ready. Then said it would be another 10-15 minutes before I could order. I said no thanks and walked away. This place gives consistently poor service and I'm not sure how it stays open. read more

I went by there at 1:50pm on 10/28/2018. The first red flag was that she stated "Cash only and Small bills 'cause I ain't got no change." So I proceed to order and my total was about $16. The cashier watched me count the change in my purse, which was only $14. So I handed her a $20. Seeing as I spent more than 2/3 of it, I didn't think there would be an issue. However, I was wrong. She got an attitude and said, "You ain't got nun smaller." I replied no. She storms off, window still wide ope, and yells, "Ooo. I hate people." I only gave an one because there's no zero available. I went to this McDonald this morning and they were out of Sprite, Fanta, eggs and receipt paper. The cashiers have very ugly attitudes and turns their backs to the customers outside in their cars while gossiping with other employees instead of finishing customer service. A disappointing stop. Food luke warm if that. Oil needed changing. Order taker wore a belly exposing black t shirt and a headband. No hat. Manager wore a basketball t-shirt. One cook also wore No hat or hair net. No carbination in anything but sprite. Which no one mentioned but I guess I was supposed to gather when the manager paused to finish her can of Pepsi in the lobby. She also paused to read and reply to texts before going straight back to bag food for the drive through. Skip this stop. The McDonald's at 3633 Jaybird Road in Brighton, AL is the worst we have seen. We were traveling and stopped for restroom facilities and iced coffee. The MANAGER (we discovered later) took our order and after handling money, put her unwashed fingers into the cups to carry all 4 of them with 2 in each hand to a different counter to begin making the iced coffees. My husband and one of my daughters also saw her do that gross, unsanitary handling of the beverages and agree with me that we need to request clean, properly handled cups. She had an attitude but said she would need to get clean ice and then proceeded to take the orders of the next few customers who had just entered the store. When she decided to get back to our drinks, she simply poured the ice from the contaminated cups into fresh cups, rather than starting over in a sanitary manner. I asked her to please just refund our money because the contamination was simply being transferred to a new cup and we did not want to take a chance on getting sick. She had a really bad attitude but did refund our money. It is super sick to think the manager did not know )or chose to ignore) proper food handling protocol especially after the customer request to safely handling the drinks. This happened on Thursday, Sept. 20th 2018 between the hours of 12pm and 1pm. This is the worst restaurant that I have ever visited. I went there to grab the 2 for $5 special and a large fry. I ordered extra tarter sauce on the fish sandwich, extra cheese on the big mac and fries with no salt to go. When I got the meal I was leaving but, I had car trouble. So, I had to wait for someone to come and help me out. So, I'm thinking what the heck, since I have to wait anyway I may as well eat my food. I'm glad that I did because, when I opened my fish sandwich, the extra tarter sauce that I ordered was not on the sandwich, it was actually in the fish box. I thought ok, I won't complain about that I just want a fish sandwich. I tried to take a bite and the sandwich was so hard that it wouldn't actually come apart for me to bite it. And the French fries were loaded down with salt. There went the large fry with no salt. I took the sandwich back in and one of the employees that was obviously on break but, was very nice to me asked me if they got something wrong. I told her that the fish sandwich was just too hard and asked if I could just get a big mac in place of it. She immediately went and told them to fix another big mac. As I'm waiting, I decided to just eat the big mac that I already had. I opened the box and looked at the big mac to make sure that I put it together because it was falling apart . I took a bite and it was just so messy. I looked in the bag to get a napkin and realized that they didn't put napkins in the bag. I had to literally wipe my mouth with my hands. I went to get napkins and she gave me 3 napkins which was enough. But, when I sat back down to eat the sandwich I realized that the extra cheese was left off. I'm thinking oh LORD, I'm not gonna complain I just want to get my other burger and l will never come to this place again. By this time my friend had come to help me with my car. As I was getting ready to go outside I let the woman know that I would be right back to get the other sandwich. We got the car started and I asked my friend to please stay and watch it since it was still running while I run in and get my sandwich. When I went back in the woman saw me and told them to give her my sandwich because I was back. The cashier said I gave her that big mac. I said no, you didn't. She said, well I said big mac and put it on the counter. I said well did you see me pick it up. She said well I put it on the counter. The lady went back and asked them to go ahead and make my sandwich so that I could leave. I thought this woman was the manager because she was older and more professional. Unfortunately she wasn't and the manager was back by the set up stations and fussing at the food prep guys to stop burning all of that food because she didn't have time to be trying to tell those damn folks where all that shit went. The lady asked them again to make another big mac and the manager hollered I done already made that damn big mac. I couldn't believe that she was carrying on that way so I asked the cashier for the Corporate number. She would not give it to me. So, I just told the lady that I would go and get the food back out of the car and I just wanted a refund. I gave the food and the receipt and asked for a refund. That is when I found out that the lady that had been helping me was not the manager but, the IGNORANT BAFOON doing all the cursing and carrying on was the manager. The cashier kept telling her that I wanted a refund but, she just kept doing what she was doing and ignoring me. They kept asking her for her code. but, she would not give it to them. Since I paid for the food on my card, I gave it back to her. She told the manager that it had to be refunded on my card. The manager then hollered at me to tell me that it would take 1 to 2 business days to get a refund. So, I'm standing there and the cashier goes to the back with my card. I asked where is she going with my card. She just kept walking. I walked around to see if I could see her. She came back with my card and a cash refund. I asked her again for the corporate number she told the manager (the manager that never came up and spoke with me as a manager should) that I was asking for the corporate number. The manager responded, she don't need no damn number 'cause she ain't calling and telling shit. I'm thinking you've got to be kidding me. Obviously she is not aware of the internet and I can not only call corporate but I can also send them a letter and those are my intentions. And I'd also like to state that they had a little girl coming around the counter and sticking her hand in the toys and dropping them on the floor. They picked those nasty toys back up and we already know that they are gonna put those nasty toys in with some child's food. They also had a man who was not in uniform putting ice in the soda machines. I hope that CORPORATE sees this and does something. read more
