Some standout dishes: "Bacon Bites" - Conecuh sausage wrapped in bacon and served with a tangy barbecue sauce, "Cuban Crostinis" - simple but soo good, and "Cali Steak Skewers" - Tri-Tip Steak perfectly seared with an amazing sweet and savory steak sauce. Chae and Nico are so fun and easy to work with, and Richard Bishop and the back of house team do a exceptional job. I've seen them do buffets for intimate groups to MASSIVE wedding receptions to seated dinners for over 300 people and absolutely kill it. Seriously the only catering company you ever need to know. Nothing had flavor and seemed straight from a can, not homemade in any fashion. I added salt and pepper after my initial taste test, bc I respect cooks/chefs enough to trust their seasoning judgment, but adding s&p still did nothing for the Mac or green beans. The only thing I ate was the ham between the roll. I wouldn't cater a wedding or special function based on my first impression at all. Dry and lacked intentionally of branding yourself.

Although all the details had been confirmed in advance, she reached out to me on the day of asking to deliver the food several hours before the confirmed time, because she "had something else to do." I declined because we did not have a good way to store the food or take a delivery, but despite the fact that I told her all of this, she sent a delivery person over with the food hours early anyway. Really disappointed in the service and will save myself the stress in the future by using another caterer.

The desserts were great too, however I think I remember the owner partnering with another business to supply the cake slices, so the choices varies. Unfortunately there was a short wait on several items I wanted so I went with the Caribbean Chicken, yellow rice & fried corn. Corn was seasoned well but needed 35 mins in convection oven to cook completely. I don't understand why they don't cook it more so it isn't crunchy? Their chicken sauce was delicious. Spicy and sweef, but not too spicy. Chicken breast (yes only 1 piece of chicken) was dry even with the sauce. I chewed it and then threw it to my happily waiting dog. Skin was fatty like and my dog got it too. I use the Hawaiian roll they pulled out the bag unheated and unbuttered to sop up that sweet chili sauce and buttered corn juice. There's a reason I don't go there often. I want to support BOBs but I've been disappointed two days in a row. I considered getting a sweet tea but their price is ridiculous when not eating there and I can get refills. I got a cup of ice and 1 Liter of Lipton Tea from the corner store for $1.75. Enough tea to sip on all night for half the price of a cup of tea there. I admit I must be the issue, because they were doing a brisk business of repeat and new customers. I kid you not a lady apologized for jumping the line to just look at the steam line. I'm sure she played the middle age lady high on weed in a Tyler Perry movie. I wanted to ask her if that was her but she was deciding on her lunch very intensely. She got her tray and sat down to attack her meal in a way that said leave me alone. The facility is clean and organized. The owner is on top of the kitchen when trays are running low. She is making sure her line moves quickly. For $13 and change for a meat and two I will be back. Just not soon. There are items available not on the daily menu. For instance they had spaghetti and seafood lasagna.

She can meal prep for you too. I tried some of the salmon alfredo, her gumbo, air fried chicken sandwiches and her praline desserts. It was tough to pick a favorite! The salmon alfredo was the best alfredo I ever had. The gumbo was the best gumbo I ever had, the air fried chicken sandwiches were some of the best chicken sandwiches I ever had.
