I ordered caramel iced coffee, typically it has a nice caramel color to it & I can taste it, get to the window & I swear it looked like French vanilla iced coffee, needless to say, it didn't taste good at all, waaaay to much creamer in it, when I called it out to the team member at the window, she says she doesn't know, she don't make the drinks! Usually I don't have issues with this location, but this is the second time I've had an issue on this same item, I recommend a retrain with your team members on the quality of your product and the quality of your customer service when there is an issue, especially with something as simple as re-making a drink, something so small that could've be corrected, very disappointing. read more

Stopped here for some liquid refreshments. When I asked if they offered any "senior drink specials", the gal on the speaker didn't know. She checked with someone and said they did but she wasn't sure what they were. We ended up getting 2 small drinks for $1.79 which I think is a savings of 10 cents per drink as compared to their value menu. Staff: Depending on the day you can have a polite one or a rude one today I had a rude one who was extremely inpatient even though my order was very simple. Service: It was super slow today even though there was only 1 person in front of me and for once the drive thru was empty. Food Menu: They have a good variety of food you can choose from so that's good. Quality: Today my food was not fully cooked and was luke warm which is uncalled for and disgusting. Will not be returning and Don't recommend. Seating: Is nice they have quite a bit of seating. This store doesnt deserve any stars First time visit treated poorly at speaker was interupted more than once trying to order money taker was short with me them shit the window in my face. Finally after two hours i got through spoke to a manager she refused to give me her name but wanted to waste my time with excuses after excuses why she didnt have to. She the ended conversation letting me hear her speak to someone else claim i was cussing which I wasnt doing then phone hung up. Called back spoke to another manager refusing to give me firsg managers name but kept trying to talk over me and refused to let me speak. It got to the point she says to me Im done with this conversation. Which was fine i will speak to the store manager tomorrow and at that point i will decide wether or not I will file a complaint with the BBB. I know nothing will come of this because this staff doesnt know what real respect is most restuarants do t any more. read more

Went to the store on Monday the 22nd 2023. Went through drive through ordered on mobile app. Ordered a breakfast number 1 with large sweet tea received a sausage McDuffie. Called store spoke with Lena she said she manager. Explained what happened her response was drive through doing best they can short staffed I explained that it happened twice in 2 weeks wrong order. Made a stop here for drinks and a restroom break. They were not busy, but the wait at the counter was crazy. I'll blame the family in front of me for part of it, for being disorganized and slow. But I also blame the staff for not opening another register (there were at least 5 more employees behind the counter, some busy, some not.) The drinks were cheap, I'll grant you. The interior looked clean, the outside was nice. The location looks pretty new. Here endeth the positives. The service was... polite. Not fast, not very friendly. They saw me waiting and kept doing their thing, or walking in and out. No apologies. I almost walked out. The access is horrible. If you just want a quick fast food stop, it looks like Wendy's, Arby's, even the KFC/LJS a bit off 23 would be more convenient. Good McDonald's good fries usually solid with getting my order right. Nice employees. Good manager.

This place is hit or miss and what I mean about that is if you go through the drive through and place an order and you get the older ladies your order is fresh and nothing is missing and your coffee is fresh and filled to the top but on the other side of that if you get one of these 19 year olds your missing half of your meal and your coffee is luke warm and only half full. So it is hit or miss with this McDonald's. read more

In the past I have only taken time to provide positive reviews, but today is different. I'm tired of of places not using common sense when dealing with small problems. The McDonald's in Circleville must not teach how to solve simple problems with customers and do "what's right" during training. To the employees credit they were kind and apologized (this wasn't from training) for not being able to correct the issue and do what was right in this instance. This is one of the best McDonalds I've ever eaten at. The restaurant was nice and clean, we had warm fresh food, they didn't mess up our order, and the customer service was fantastic. This has been my favorite experience at a McDonalds ever. They clearly care about what they do. read more

Do NOT ... I repeat ... do NOT ... pull forward if you want your order! I was asked to pull forward. My order was ONE #1 meal ... a Big Mac, fries and a drink. No special order. No big order. They weren't even as busy as they usually are. I waited 10 minutes and no one brought my order out, so I shut off my car and went inside to find out if there was a problem with my order. They had forgotten about it! My car was shut off and people were driving by my car and my lights were off. I had already waited 11 minutes by then for an order they hadn't even started and I didn't want to get hit by another car, so I left and went to Wendy's where I actually got my order. McDonald's may have gotten my $7.47 that evening, but I doubt I will be back now. read more

5 stars for a McDonalds? Seriously? Yes. If you go to McDonalds, you know what you are getting. Their food has been the same for 50 years. The quality and the help is usually horrible, but not at this location. The food is hot and actually tastes good. We stop there for breakfast every time we hike down South. Great McDonald's with wifi. I miss the old fashioned decorations of Pumpkins and Baskets. Nice big play area and wide varieties of salads. Artisan chicken sandwich is on of my absolute favorites. Orange and turquoise interior. read more

Circleville is getting bad they don't know how to take or read the orders right and its bad when a manager does it and hands the order out after you set there 2 or 3 min, and see your order there and they look at you. and you say something and manager slams the window shut and all I got was sweet tea, and I told them very light ice, after I get going down the road I get 4 or drinks and its gone and the cup is full of ice, and most of time my order not wright this is after 12am. day time is almost as bad but you can take back inside,i wish wendys was open after midnight. no problem there during daytime and this happens all the time read more
