Well, today was payday and I was in the mood for something fatty and starchy and so I decided to go to McDonald's and try one of their signature sandwiches. So this review is in two parts. One part of the review is of the recent refurbishing they've done of the restaurant itself, which is fantastic. The place has a very new, clean, and polished feel after the remodel. The second part of this review is of my sandwich. I got the signature sandwich with the breaded chicken breast, artisan roll, and pico de gallo and guacamole. It was... surprisingly good. Like, really, really good. The guacamole was a nice, dark color and was fairly chunky. The pico was also good and you could even see the individual bits of tomato. And the breading was just right. They seem to try hard but the food is never fresh. I expect food to be hot and fresh without asking them to make my order fresh.

... if I could give zero (0) stars u would. Servers at windows/counters are not friendly nor courteous. Orders are almostttttt always wrong; we frequently order the salads... Parmesan or Strawberry... very inconsistent in the quantity of salad in the serving or there are ingredients left off/out of salad. CHECK YOUR ORDERS BEFORE DRIVING AWAY... read more

Food's pretty solid. They let us stay for a few hours after hour car broke down, we felt very comfortable.

This Macdonald's has terrible service, nor is customer service polite . They messed up my order multiple times and blatantly ignored me when I tried asking for help to fix it, then I received my food it was slightly warm at best ! Never again ! If I could zero stars I would ! I tried calling multiple times at various hours after I got home to speak to a manager and they refused to pick up the phone . Worst experience with McDonald's ever. We're constantly filling orders for drive through but none for dining. We were pointed to a order machine upon entry and could not get any employees attention when approaching the counter. If I could rate with negatove stars, I would certainly do so. Unfortunately, this location is the only one in Cochran. I have never had a pleasant experience here! The staff are consistently rude. What makes me angry the most, is, the staff gets my order wrong 95% of the time and I'm made to feel at fault! I'm assuming that because there aren't any other options for a McD's, management isn't concerned with these problems. Oh my goodness... where do I begin??? I've been going to this particular McDonalds for nearly five years now and I have fervently hoped that it's service and product will to some degree improve, but very sadly I am nearly always disappointed. Tonight I gave them one more chance... only to see my order screwed up for the fifth time in a row in as many months. So hard can it be, really?! I asked for a Big Mac with extra Mac Sauce on the side, and what did I get; no Mac Sauce on the side- and NONE on the burger itself. I also got a VERY STALE order of large fries which were essentially inedible, and instead of the Coke I ordered... I got a Sprite- mostly ice with almost no soda at all. I am 66 years old and have partaken of McDonald's products all of my life, and this location is the worst that I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. When, if ever, will Corporate finally shut this place down, as additionally the management couldn't care less and the behind-the-counter help is rude and completely unprofessional. Rude drive through window employee. Three tries to get order right and never did. Have to pull up and wait for order almost every time. Was told this makes the location look better if they get customers away from drive thru. Looks like they are efficient when they are not. Why cant employees at McDonalds provide good customer service like Chick FIL A? They are always polite. read more

I am 12 and I don't care what anybody says McDonald's is amazing. They have rude staff yea but it's only cause they have been working all through the week just for you. They do get food wrong because they are sometimes over worked, which makes them groggy. The food is cooked to perfection, I have watched the staff they always do their jobs and in a mannerly order. Don't rate my McDonald's before you have had a good experience. It helps if you make an effort to be nice to them so they return the favor. read more

went thru drive thru left with order after waiting 20 minutes got home order was all wrong... went back got inside the cashier was very helpful so she put the correct order in again. this time I have been there for 30 minutes and one of the girls asked me if I had been waited on and said omg this customer is still waiting on his order the so called MANAGER..... yelled out from back if he can't wait just give him his Sam money back..... so I agreed he comes around front with an attitude and said where the care you put it on so I told him the card was at home so he would not do a refund until I went home and got the card.... not only was he very disrespectful he was in back with some type of hair do sticking out of a hat that was around all of the customers food..... so said that that the remodel did not come with better customer service.. read more

The food may not be as fresh as it should be. It might not be the cleanest. But the service beats it all. Best McDonald's customer service I ever experienced. read more
