    Sloppy meal
    Dorothea G.

This is the most awful McDonalds I've been to. Food cold , attitude queens taking orders if kiosk isn't working. The adult happy meal was awful cold throes in presentation in the box. He charged me extra fir the toy inside the adult happy meal box. He didn't know the box was called flea market. Ice cold food. When you complain attitude. On YouTube every person reviewing this meal had hotBig Mac Meal nicely displayed food and ate it on camera it was hot tasty and presentable. Please overhaul this location staff, food and cleanliness.

The young man that needs customer service training

I stopped by this McDonalds for a frappe and the service was terrible! I waited 5 minutes for a young man at the register to wave me over and nod his head as if to say "what you want!" I spoke to him and said good morning and then asked for mocha frappe! He continued to chew his gum rudely as he said that's all? That's $2.16! Now that my order was placed by the young man who clearly had no customer service training, I waited almost 10 minutes for one of the people making the orders to crush ice to make the drink! A young girl finally made the drink and as she was making it she loudly yelled to the cashiers "don't sell no more frappes until I go get some ice!" I won't be ordering anything from this McDonalds until they give their employees training on customer service!

Open 24 hours but they close whenever they feel like.

It's a 24hr location and they had people waiting on orders and mobile orders in the drive thru and didn't bother to tell anyone they were closed. We waited 20 mins on our mobile order that we never even got.

This mcdonald's was the best mcdonald's i've been to!! I just moved to Georgia not long ago. They've had great customer service and the staff was so nice! The food was amazing and fresh.

wouldn't recommend, order breakfast through app for counter service to avoid slow drive-thru and all doors locked. Food warm not hour.

It was kind of early, but the breakfast options didn't sound that enticing to me, so a burger at 8:30 am it was. They had a few ordering kiosks which made it easy to choose my items. I got a double Shack Burger and a side of fries. They were out of shakes, which was fine by me. I don't frequent Shake Shack that often, but I was surprised to see they had several chicken options (chicken nuggets, sandwich, etc.) as well as the breakfast items. My order was done quickly and they called my name when it was done. It was packaged pretty well in a tray and the burger was wrapped. The bag they put the orders in are sturdy! The burger was excellent - super juicy, pretty greasy, seasoned well, and hot. The lettuce and tomato were fresh, and the cheese was melty. I really loved this burger! The fries on the other hand, were pretty bad. They weren't very fresh and kind of stale. I'd skip them next time but would definitely order another burger.

It's not overwhelming, and to be honest there were so many other items on the menu I wanted to try, which is why I will be coming back. Brake Pad has a full bar & they also have a good craft beer selection and of course they have Sweetwater 420 & Hopsecutioner IPA. The items I had from the menu were the Salsa & Queso w/ chips. The salsa was great and the queso was surprisingly good. I did not have it in my bingo card that they would have great queso but they proved me wrong. For my main meal item I had the Truffle Chicken Salad Sandwich. I HIGHLY recommend if you are looking for a flavorful yet healthy option. I was only able to eat half the sandwich and I was full, so if you don't mind having more delicious Brake Pad cuisine To-Go, then I highly recommend. The atmosphere of Brake Pad was fun, vibrant, and the staff were amazing. The bartender was fun, and knowledgeable and is the one who recommended the Truffle Chicken Salad Between the vibe, the outdoor seating, the good food & the local vibe I highly recommend. I went in with low expectations but they over delivered on everything. GREAT JOB BRAKE PAD, I will be back

Parking on the street is how it's done. A few designated spaces but around the corner is fine. Service is attentive and friendly. Refilling our cups, checking in and making sure we're good to go. Definitely worth the stop when in College Park.

We parked behind the building and a woman who worked there had the door open. She had on a shirt that read Legalize being Black. My husband had on a Black Lives Matter shirt, & I had on a Juneteenth shirt. She smiled and raised her fist at us as we asked to enter through the door and we responded in kind. I love us! She toke U.S. to grab a menu as we walked in to the right of the bar. We found a high top and found what we wanted and went to the counter to order. The prices are reasonable until you get to adding the sides. I overheard another worker tell a couple who ordered after us to order the veggie plate if they were getting 4 sides as it was cheaper. I wish the person who took our order had told use that. The entrees are à la carte and priced reasonably. The sides are $5 each with a few exceptions, a hoecake is $2 and mac & cheese and a couple other sides are $6. Keep that in mind when you come. Our total for our inside dining with a can of ginger ale, fountain Diet Coke, & tip was like $70+ & the to go order for our son's meal w/o a drink was ~$30. It's definitely a good value if you only need an entree and have sides already. The food is good and has large pieces of meat & decent portions so there you go... I ordered the fried green tomatoes as a starter, smoked beef brisket with the barbecue sauce on the side, smoked turkey cabbage, dressing, & the lemon pound cake. Ironically, the fried green tomatoes came out last. They were piping hot though. They could've used a dash of salt but that cornmeal batter was perfection on the tomatoes. You get 3 and 1 was cut a little too thick and it was slightly mushy maybe cause it had to cook longer? But it was still good. The beef brisket was good. It's sliced thin and had that good smoke flavor and was seasoned well. The thicker slices could've been a bit more tender but overall it could rival some barbecue joints. The dressing was good and so was the cabbage, though it was almost tad bit saltier than I'd like. I'd order everything I had again. I was pleasantly surprised with how much I enjoyed my food. You know not everyone who claims to cook southern food can do so. Oh the pound cake was good and moist. It reminds me of Sammy Chhesecake pound cake. My husband ordered the 3 pieces of fried chicken, collard greens & they do have a lil kick as the menu suggests, green beans, & yellow rice. He was pleasantly surprised with how big the pieces of chicken were. Nowadays people give you what looks like pigeon parts ‍. He said it was a tad salty. He said he also enjoyed his meal otherwise. I forgot to get pictures of the food for our son's takeout order of fried pork chops, collard greens, mac & cheese, & a hoecake. He liked his food as well but also said his pork chops, which were nice size center cut, were well seasoned, but a little too much. He enjoyed the meal and his 1st hoecake. They also do catering and seemed to have a large catering order being prepared to go out. The restaurant & woman's restroom was clean. The staff were friendly and quickly acknowledged us. The music was good but it would've been good to hear a mix of old school with the hip hop since it was Juneteenth. They have a full bar. The only thing I didn't like was Fox News & another conservative news channel on; at least not on JuneteenthZ a generic movie or TV show would've been better for me anyway. They had a steady stream of to go orders and in person dining. I guess we're just late to know about

If anything, it's a convenient stop of a good (but airport pricey) burger. My Overall Rating - 3 Stars (Atmosphere, Food, Return) Atmosphere - This location is in Terminal T. It's tucked into the concourse with communal seating and a steady stream of travelers. Don't expect a cozy dine-in experience--this is more of a grab-and-go or quick bite kind of spot. However, all the bar height seating had access to electrical outlets so you can charge your devices. While that's more of a function of the airport, it was definitely helpful! 1 Star. Service - There's no traditional counter service here--just self-service kiosks. It's efficient, but not particularly warm or welcoming. If you're tech-savvy and in a rush, it works. If you're looking for any kind of personal interaction or help with the menu, you're out of luck. If they mess up your order, good luck. Sorry, not a fan. No Stars. Food - The burger? Excellent. Juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right. It definitely lived up to the hype. I custom ordered my burger and made it double with the Grindhouse sauce. The combo was worth it. The onion rings, on the other hand, were a letdown--greasy and lacking crunch. I'd skip those next time and maybe try the fries instead. Finally - the ice cream machine wasn't working so no shakes were available. Expect to pay about 25% more vs. the other locations because it's at the airport. 1 Star. Will I Return? - Yes. For an airport burger, it's one of the better options out there. It's not a destination meal, but if I'm passing through ATL again and craving a solid burger, I'll swing by. 1 Star.
